Mr Pho

Had lunch here. My husband is really picky about his Phở. His lunch was excellent, as was my Pad Thai.
The staff were prompt and very attentive. We had only to ask and were served promptly.
The cheesecake dessert was superb.
Price was totally reasonable as well. Under $ 50 for 4, for a meal that included an appetizer and dessert.
We highly recommend this restaurant.

My brother and I came here on one cold, winter, weekday night and we both ordered #11 Spicy beef phở. I also ordered springrolls, one shrimp and one pork for our appetizer. Turns out you cannot order different kinds of spring roll (chicken, pork, or shrimp) in one order (2spring rolls in one order). This is unlike any other Phở places I’ve been to both here in Albuquerque and out of state (I travel alot for work). So we stuck with shrimp springroll. It was okay.
Spicy beef phở was made with fresh ingredients, although I would have liked more meat in it. A little bit of everything to taste (hoisin sauce, lots of beansprouts, lime, cilantro, basil, jalapeño) made it really yummy.
I also order a condiment of chili oil in most asian dishes I eat and phở is no different. Its much better than sriracha in my opinion.
One thing different with the phở they serve is that it has slices of cucumber and tomatoes in it. It was weird and unexpected at first but I grew a taste to it. It adds a bite of freshness to otherwise a savory dish.
The prices were reasonable and the staff were very hospitable.

It own by Chinese. Chinese can not cook phở or any Vietnamese food. Phở was tasteless. It like going to China for some American food. You be the judge.

Always down for some good phở and Mr. Phở didn’t disappoint. What made the experience a 5 star was the amazing service. Great peeps serving great food!

The food and service here was excellent and the food (especially the beef) was wounderful i was full and happy. However i do miss the old viet Q that used to be here.

Great food, the best egg rolls by far I have had in Albuquerque, they really are incredible. Atmosphere and service are nice, usually not too crowded. Also love the Thai Tea!

Very fresh, good quality meals at affordable prices! Staff is always super friendly. My boyfriend and I come here often for their delicious phở. Highly reccomended!

I’ve eaten phở at several places around the city, this place was nice. I can’t grade all food, as I only had the rare steak phở. but regardless, it was very good. The atmosphere was just as nice, they had the tv on with pleasant music. I would definitely come again.

I had the spicy curry rice with chicken and she had the pork-​broth phó with chicken. The ingredients were fresh and quality. Everything tasted great!
The service was quick & friendly and the price was very reasonable. $ 22 for two people for dinner.
We’ll definitely be back soon.

The food here is very good! I come in every Saturday and get the same thing, the rare steak phở! It takes me back to Vietnam every single time.

We need a place with fast service during our lunch hour and this place did the job and had great food, and nice customer service. I ordered the Phở and it was delicious. Will definitely will come back!

I used to come when it was Viet Q. I have been there twice since it’s been converted to Mr. Phở. The staff are very nice and very tentative, my glass never got empty. The first time I ordered the soup it was nice and piping hot from the stove. It had good flavor and was tasty. Also the dumplings where really good. The next time I came out I ordered a spicy rice dish with pork and again was very good. The spice wasn’t as hot as I like but the flavor was really good. Again the staff where fantastic! While it’s still not my #1 Phở in town (that would be Saigon Far East) it’s a good one in my book, and still my #2 till I find something that tops it.

I was a frequent customer of Viet Q and loved their spicy phở. When I went to the newly renovated restaurant now called «Mr. Phở» I was skeptical as the menu is completely different. I ordered what the waitress told me was the same as the previous spicy phở and what I received was severely disappointing. The broth of the soup tasted and smelled really bad, the beef quality was bad and the phở was just nothing like it used to be before. Instead of bean sprouts I received cabbage, there were unidentifiable pieces of foamy meat. I am so so disappointed and sad!!! I left without eating more than three bites of my soup. The staff was friendly and nice but the food is just horrible. I sincerely miss Viet Q!!! I will never be back to Mr. Phở :(

The food was delicious! I had the Phở, and it didn’t disappoint! The employees couldn’t have been friendlier and were super accompanying to our large party. This is my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant. In Albuquerque when it comes to Vietnamese food, Mr. Phở is king!

Wow! The phở was really good! The soup was some of the best I’ve had. Can’t wait to go back for more.

I am picky about my phở and I have nothing bad to say about the combination phở here! I am certainly coming back for more! Try the chicken spring rolls too!
