I went in last week for a consult and makeover. I called just an hour before I was able to go in, to make sure I would be able to get a makeover and they assured me that it was no problem, and it wasn’t. The owner, Beverly, took care of me. She was wonderful, she did an amazing job with the consult, took time to hear what I wanted, but also gave me an incredible professional opinion. By the time the makeover was done, I was not only beyond pleased with the results, but also thoroughly enjoyed my time in the shop. The staff was warm, friendly and light hearted, but also professional, the atmosphere was lovely and comfortable. I left feeling pampered, satisfied and confident. She made sure to let me know about all of the available/​upcoming deals, and offers. I was so thankful I chose that shop, and will be going back for future products and consults!

VERY RUDE! I purchased a groupon for a facial. When I scheduled, I was told that they are booking one month out because of the groupon deal (understandable). So I went ahead and scheduled one month out. Well the day of my facial, a family emergency came up and I was unable to call or cancel the appointment. The next day I called to reschedule, I spoke to a lady named TAMARA, who I believe does the facials, and she WAS VERY RUDE and says she cannot reschedule me nor honor my groupon that I paid for because I no showed! I explained I had a family emergency and she was still very rude and said they will not honor my groupon and I cannot schedule and basically I was out of luck! I called groupon and reported them and I intend to pursue this further. Very poor customer service I have ever experienced. WOW
