The name is correct. Magic! Super detailed with their manicures. There is no way a cuticle is going to be out of place. Very nice people, everyone greeted me. Then after she not only gave me a hand massage she massaged my shoulders and gave a sort of Swedish massage. And the lotion leaves you tingly. Loved it. Glad I stopped in

I recently moved into the area and needed to find a nail salon. I always check Unilocal first and read the reviews, so I will make all efforts to describe this location diplomatically. In my experience, the staff has always been warm and inviting. They are very respectable and seem to make more efforts for their customers than some other nail salons in the area. For instance, if there is a wait they try to be diligent with the estimated wait time. The quality of their nail work has been great. I have always walked out of here satisfied. I explain what I like and don’t like and the staff has always been very respectful of my decisions. I will say that when I got my eyebrows waxed it was a bit sloppy. However, she did ask me how they looked and I was honest with her and asked her to clean them up a bit more. Overall, the location is great for me because this is down the street from my house. The price is competitive with other nail salons in the area and the polish selection is better than other locations in the area. Also, I have never waited more than 5 minutes for services and this is huge for me. The only reason why I gave this location 4 stars versus 5 is that I haven’t been«wowed». It’s an above average nail salon that meets my needs. It’s not an upscale location, but pretty standard. So, if anyone is looking for a quick touch up then I recommend this salon, but if you’re looking to get spa pampered with tranquility fountains then this isn’t the place.

Just Awful! I tried this place a few time because of location(close to home). But each time the employees were a but standoffish and rushed. I feel like they just wanted to hurry me up and do a sloppy job and push me into things I really don’t want, but they sure do wanna charge me for them. Once I had seen the male employee treat some customers very crummy. And as sad as it is, today was no different, I was treated rude by him and when I questioned why he was forcing me to do something, he basically asked me to leave and said he didn’t need me or anybody there’s business! He threw things around and was yelling with his chest all puffed out. I couldn’t believe a business owner would talk to customers so violently. Needless to say, I will not return, I’d rather give my business and my money to a more friendly happy business. I didn’t even want to give this business the one star because they don’t deserve it. Horrible!

My wife went in, asked the price of a service, they stated an amount so my wife agreed. After the service was done, my wife was charged $ 25 more then previously stated. We were told we miss understood, after originally asking for clarification. CUSTOMERBEWARE, FRAUDALERT, get price in writing prior to service.

They acted like I was annoying them when I went in for gel nails. The guy barely spoke, just grunted, rushed and then goes ok you’re done. I felt unwelcome and won’t return.

Aside from being forced to watch cartoons because the workers kids are there, the lady is crazy annoying with her up-selling skills! she wouldn’t leave me alone about anything… deluxe pedicure, waxing, manicure to go with my nails, ugh… I couldn’t wait to get out of there! not only that it was really expensive. I won’t go back.

Hmmm where to start? I am not happy with my pedicure. My nails are hacked off at strange angles and not filed properly so they’re all jagged and rough. My nail polish is kind of not *just* on my nails… someone didn’t learn how to stay inside the lines. This place may actually be more of a 2 star joint, but since I’ve only been once I don’t want to be too quick to condemn. It was quite expensive for the«deluxe pedicure» which was a normal pedicure plus paraffin(which I hate – it always burns my feet). It was $ 30 + tax. I also don’t like when someone comes up to me and asks if I want my eyebrows waxed while I’m trying to relax because then the rest of the time I’m thinking, «wait, what’s wrong with my eyebrows?! Are they Bush league or what?!» They also asked me about 12 times if I wanted a manicure. I’m giving 3 stars because they were fairly nice people and asked to ogle at photos of my baby… brownie points, people. I will say though, that I’m super hesitant to return.
