Worst customer service ever!!! Stay away from this rude, dirty, junky, lazy excuse for a business! I only gave them a star because there’s no option on zero stars. Go to La Luxe only 2 mins down the street for a real salon! Big difference!

I’m so picky about who touches my feet. I hate getting pedicures, but it’s a necessary evil when you live in the desert and wear flip flops almost year round. Otherwise, your feet will resemble talons and no one wants to see that. Seriously folks, id you could sand the dining room table with your feet, get some help or wear socks! Vivi’s has been my go to spot for pedicures for a long time. The prices are good, the place is über clean, and even if there is a wait it will not be for long. My toes always look great, and I feel so relaxed after. They have super fancy massaging chairs, they massage your feet and legs, use a sea salt scrub, plus hot towels. They’ll definitely get all of that rough skin off of your feet, and you’ll leave feeling confident showing the world your toes.

This is the best Nail Salon in ABQ in my opinion. Vivi is up to date on the latest nail trends and does an exquisite and glamorous set of nails(and pedi) every time. I just go in and tell her to do whatever she wants, and they always come out GORGEOUS and GLAMOROUS!

Ive heard good things about this nail salon. I went in for a pedicure, full set of acrylic nails and wax(underarm). my pedicure turned out perfect. my nails not so perfect. my wax was horrible. I asked for my nails to be shorter and the fellow who did them wasn’t interested in making them short and the paint job was trashy.(btw, i showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails.) during my wax… V I V I burned my armpit! I always get my underarms waxed usually at Brazilian waxing boutique but I thought I would give this salon a try. BIGMISTAKE! the price for my wax was 18 $ which is over priced! her excuse for burning me was– my hair was too thick /my hair was too long. I never shave only wax! that’s no excuse. I ended up having burn blisters the next day… it was extremely painful. after spending 80 $ I was disappointed. I left and never complained. the next day I went back to get my nails shorter… as soon as I walked in and explain to vivi what my issue was, she rolled her eyes and started huffing and puffing. completely unnecessary. at that point i turned around and asked for my money back. for my nails and wax. she did give me my money back but I want people to know my story. no one deserves to be treated the way I did. I worked customer service throughout my college years. i would always treat my guest like royalty. if you can’t treat someone correct, FINDANOTHERJOB!

I’ve finally found the perfect place! I had never been to Vivi’s before but I’ve seen it. I’ve been unhappy going to other places so I figured I’d try them out. Everyone is so nice, the prices are good and they do great work!

I have been going to Vivi’s for over 6 years. I am very particular about cleanliness, and I find them to be very standard. This is by far my favorite place in town to get a pedicure. The polish always stays on and doesn’t chip. They can do multiple designs, not just flowers. I am always very happy when I leave. The staff is friendly, but not overly talkative, which I like. I definitely recommend Vivi’s. I have tried other nail places in Albuquerque, and I am always disappointed.
