Shady business practices! We purchased a car from M&F and will never return there again. We went through 4 – 5 car salesmen, and nobody was very knowledgable of their products. Then, when we went to close on the deal… We spoke with someone who introduced himself as a sales manager. Although he was terrible at dealing, and crunching numbers, we got a price we were ok with after 2 hours of back and forth, and help from another salesman. Upon speaking up on our concerns with the«sales manager», we were informed the gentleman was not any form of manager and just a salesman. When filing all the paperwork for our vehicle, the finance manager asked for a 20 day pay-off amount. Regular, reputable dealerships ask for a 10-day payoff. Which proves that M&F is shady in all steps of their practice, and will do anything to make some extra money. Lastly, when trading in our old vehicle at the time of purchase… We were told that there was no way M&F could keep our vehicle on their lot because they didn’t specialize in that sort of vehicle. So they would only allow us «auction price». After we got the numbers where we wanted them, and left with our newer vehicle, our trade in was on their lot for the next week, as well as on their web-page. I know businesses are going to do whatever they can to make a buck… But I really don’t see the need for the dealership to lie and participate in questionable business practices to make a deal. We will never go back to M&F, nor will we ever recommend it to any of our friends or coworkers.

Abq, Local, N.M. Shop and Staff This location is right off the freeway on Coors, and convenient as far as being close to the freeway, however you can only enter the business heading North on Coors. With that being said I did enjoy how many vehicles they had to choose from, and I was looking at the vehicles for about 20 minutes before an associate came up to me asking if they could help me. I told the young man that I would like to take a few vehicles for test drives. I told him which vehicles, and he came back with keys in hand ready to let me take the vehicles for a test drive. The car lot is quite big with a repair shop in the back of the car lot. I had the pleasure of talking to the mechanics, and they were very professional, and seemed trustworthy. I noticed online before I went to the car lot that a different location had a vehicle I was interested in. I told the young man who was helping me about the vehicle, and he offered to take me to that car lot to look at the vehicle in person. Overall I was very pleased with the customer service. Experience It has been 9 months since I’ve had my vehicle, and I’ve noticed absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle. I look forward to recommending people who are car shopping to head over to M&F Auto Sales. I would also like to add after agreeing upon a price I received a full tank of gas, and 4 free oil changes for my first year of car ownership. This being my very first car that I have purchased I look forward to going back, and buying more vehicles in the future.
