I haven’t been there in over 2 years. Must be new owner. Dirty facility. Smelled inside. No soap or towels in bathroom. When we asked employee(owner?) he said they were on order. The salted Carmel tasted spoiled. Original tart was too tart. Vanilla tasted bad. Fruits flies flying all around toppings. Blueberries were all shriveled and rotten looking. Ants in chocolate chips. Yuck, yuck, yuck!!! Shouldn’t even give them one star!

Kind of a run down version of Pink Berry. Fruit looks like it had been sitting in the open for a few hours. Yogurt was not that great either. Décor was on the edge of trashy with fake plants and fake roses everywhere. Gross.

I hate to admit when a establishment is awful. I want every experience to be positive, and enjoyable. Shop, Staff and experience. I really wanted to love this place. If my fellow Unilocal friends have not figured it out yet. I love love love Boba and the other kind of bottoms. I was looking forward to having a tasty drink from this place. As soon as I walked in I saw two young lady’s sitting at a table and I figured they were customers. As I approached the front counter, and cash register one of the girls got up rolled her eyes, and walked behind the counter. It was at this point I knew I was NOT going to enjoy this experience. The young lady maybe 15 years old said«what do you want». Not a question, and NOT«how can I help you». She simply said«what do you want». I looked at the drink list and asked for the green tea lemon drink with boba. She then said«we are out of boba». I asked when she might get more and she said«no clue». Before I left I saw that the restaurant inside was very dirty. A few plants that were dead. Plant matter on the floor and a few walls were tour up and needed to be patched. I almost got some yogurt but after seeing how gross the floors and the overall feel of the place was I decided not to buy anything. I will not go back after such a bad experience, and instead I will keep going to Rustic Bubble Tea. Boba Tea Co. is way to expensive.

Not a very good selection of toppings and the two owners were more interested in sitting outside on the sidewalk than they were tending to customers. I’m visiting from Tennessee and was very disappointed

I was looking for a place in Albuquerque that had taro smoothies, and this is what I found in my search. I was looking forward and ended up very disappointed. I am a huge fan of pearls and these were the worst I have ever tasted. The taro smoothy didn’t have much flavor at all. My friend and I also got frozen yogurt was much better but still not the best. The male that worked there wasn’t understanding what I meant when asking about popping bobba, not to mention that I don’t believe he spoke English. Not a great experience, will not be returning.

I agree with one of the other reviews from 12⁄2014. NOBOBAS! NOTAPIOCA! How can they advertise bubble tea if they don’t have bubbles. I also visited them on multiple occasions over 2 months, and each time, they say they ordered it but are not in stock. I was quite disappointed. The price for their bubble tea is high, at over $ 5, the same as a nice Keva Juice smoothie. The Boba Tea Company shop has bubble tea, so I’m going to them instead of this place.

No bobas! Three strikes and you’er out. We were told three times on three separate occasions«my boss hasn’t ordered them» and that they are«imported.» FYI, you can buy those crazy imported bobas at the Asian market on Girard. This place is not recommended if you want a boba tea.

When I walked in, I wasn’t sure if they were open, as the lights weren’t on. There were only 5 flavors of yogurt, and when I chose the chocolate, it came out liquidy and it took a while to fill half the cup. Toppings: Where do I begin? First: They weren’t covered. EEWWW!!! The giant m&m’s were not shiny and looked like they had been out for a long time. The fruit looked old and on the verge of rotting. The other candies looked stale as well. It just wasn’t appetizing.

.39 cents an ounce is comparable to other frozen yogurt joints. I’m sad to say I won’t be coming back anytime soon. This place has seriously declined since opening. Not many choices for yogurt. More choices for toppings, but they were not great choices. Watermelon, pineapple, chocolate malt, salted caramel all not good at al. Out of a lot of flavors. On to the actual establishment. Not as clean as I would like. With places like Menchies and U Swirl it sprouting up this places really needs to step up their game. In a nut shell I did not love Love

I was really expecting more from this place since my friend recommended it but I was pretty disappointed. I like to think of myself as a clean freak so I’m really good at criticizing places that aren’t up to standards. I noticed the cleanliness of this place right away, red flag number one. The next disappointment was that most of the frozen yogurt they had was running out. I kept pulling the lever and nothing to very little would come out. Last but not least, the girl at the counter was not very friendly. I mean she seemed bored and not eager to work. We didn’t stay long and won’t be going back. There are other froyo places in town that are way better.

Wow! What a disappointment. I guess I should have read reviews from some of my most trusted Unilocalers before coming here. But I didn’t. How can a frozen yogurt bar fail? Old, browning, dried out fruit. Yup, that’s what ruined it for me. It didn’t help that this white space didn’t seem prestige clean. I was all set to make a hedonistic, healthy meal out of their non-fat frozen yogurt mounded with a variety of fresh fruit. A blend of salted caramel and malted chocolate frozen yogurt topped with all-natural fresh fruit sounded heavenly. I was feelin’ the LOVE. But when I got to the toppings and focused on the fresh fruit, all that LOVE evaporated as if He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named hit me with Immobulus(the freezing curse). How can a business seriously believe they can serve old, browning, dried out fruit to customers? Well, they are doing it here at LOVE. I spoke to the young woman behind the counter about this. She’s talked to the owners several times to ask if covers can be placed on the fruit containers, but they insist, «No can do.» It seems simple enough, and really needs to be done. Knowing that the fruit has been sitting out all day long is difficult for most customers to stomach. Seeing it all brown and drying up makes that reality even worse. Flee! Even better, how about leaving the fresh fruit stored away in sealed containers in the ‘frig during quiet times and bringing it out when either it gets busy or when people ask for it? A pretty image of that particular fruit — mounted on cardboard — can act as a placeholder for that fruit so customers know it’s available. Easy peasy. Enough about their miserable fruit. They have a good selection of non-fat frozen yogurts, and they do taste good. I enjoyed the salted caramel along with the malted chocolate. That is worth three stars. But the one item which I promised you I’d never mention again docked ‘em three points. This place has a theme and they ain’t workin’ it. Their toppings selection is probably fine. But I didn’t focus on it too much, because I was all about that one item I promised to never mention again coupled with the frozen yogurt. Bad reviews, I do not like to give. But this place begged for another one.

I used to go here all the time when I worked at Borders. They always had a good selection of flavors and sample cups, seating indoors or outside and weren’t ever too busy that it made me want to leave. They’re open pretty late, so if you’re craving frozen yogurt in the evening they’ve got you covered. The toppings are kinda lacking — there’s enough to choose from, but I wish there was more fruit and stuff.

I have to say it’s pretty hard to go wrong with frozen yogurt. However, the last two times I came to Love their ingredients were not the freshest. I got one with strawberries and they did not look good at all. My son put cookies on his and he said they tasted stale and we’re rock hard. I think I will travel the further distance to Menchies from now on.

My favorite yogurt shop in the west! My two favorite flavors are Nutella and Taro. They also have boba drinks. Excellent service and good atmosphere.

What I like from this place are the frozen yogurt flavors. They are really good and creative. So is the atmosphere in the room, with plenty of room to sit and a nice décor. What I don’t like about this shop are the frozen yogurt toppings, which are very limited and boring. Plus some fruit toppings looked very old on my last visit. I also don’t like the background music they play here. I’ve been at Love three times and I have disliked the music every single time, to the point that is distracting and it takes me away from listening my friends’ conversation.

I’m not really a fan of frozen yogurt, but this frozen yogurt bar has a secret: They make tasty milk teas and smoothies that you can order with boba. Avacado and Taro flavors are great and taste much less powdery than the concoctions from boba tea company.

Not my favorite yogurt place, but pretty good. They have 8 or so yogurts to choose from and a good selection of toppings. Cost is on par with the other places. The selection changes often, which is good. They also serve a amazing selection of smoothies and bobba drinks. Pretty cool. And they stay open till midnight in the summer and 11 pm in the winter. On the down side, the staff is sometimes a little over friendly. Leads one to think they all belong to a cult or something. Combine that with the often playing Christian music, and I’m not inclined to come here too often.

I come in here pretty often for one thing and one thing only: Salted Caramel Froyo! Its the perfect mix of really creamy, sweet, and salty. So good. Their flavors rotate pretty regularly but thankfully that one stays around most of the time. They have some more unique flavors(Nutella anyone?) but were a little light on fruit flavors last time I was there. Toppings are pretty varied and this place is open LATE!(Great for cravings later at night). Boyfriend was sad not to find kiwi there but they do have a decent fruit selection for toppings. But seriously, go there today and try the Salted Caramel. It is the best.

When I was a kid, there was one frozen yogurt option — TCBY(to my knowledge, it does not exist anymore). You had the choice of 4 flavors and a few toppings. Well, the yogurt scene is VERY different. Not only do you have LOTS of options, you have an array of stuff you can put on it. Apparently frozen yogurt is the«new» thing with teenagers as my daughter is constantly wanting me to drive her to get it(we typically go to Menchies). I was in Love over the weekend and I was disappointed. For one, they are a bit stingy with the tasting cups as you have to ask for them in order to taste the yogurt. But I guess what is the most disappointing is the yogurt itself. The quality of the yogurt was just bad. They did offer an array of flavors but that doesn’t really help you out much if you can’t stand any of them. We tried the salted carmel, chocolate malt, pineapple, Hawaiian, and pumpkin pie. The issue was that they just tasted terrible — too sweet in some cases(almost like they did not mix it well) and the consistency was just off — too thick or very runny. My daughter was also disappointed and neither of us finished our cups(that says a lot right there). They charge you by the weight of your yogurt(I would not opt for the«pop-tart» topping if you are on a budget). The place is clean with a modern flare but I don’t think I will be back.

Their yogurt is good, and they have a good selection of flavors. They have a good selection of toppings, good prices, overall we enjoy the yogurt and the open till midnight on weekends is a big plus. The employees are very friendly — perhaps overly friendly — the purpose of a serve yourself yogurt place is to serve yourself, not to have the guy hovering over you… Here’s what I truly hate about this place and what would keep me from going back — we realized last night we were being jesus-bombed. They play this weird music that I have always hated, but last night we realized it was praise him christian music. Really? In a yogurt shop? I could care less what anyone’s beliefs are, but it is really bad business to force them on me in your shop without giving me some hint that will happen before I walk through the door. If I walk into a christian bookstore I would fully expect that. A yogurt shop? Just plain wrong. Keep your political and religious beliefs out of my late night snack, please — I came here to enjoy some frozen coconut goodness, not hear someone sing about jesus. The yogurt is good, but we can go elsewhere. I’ll think twice before going back.
