Great food at a great price. My coworkers and I usually go there about once a week. I have tried almost everything and not had a bad meal.

The restaurant was recommended by a local person of Mexican origin, who stated that this is TRUE Mexican cuisine restaurant. Since I reside in San Antonio, TX, where Mexican and Tex-Mex dining is rather popular, I frequently test my palate there. I was ready for a treat… Well, I ordered Tampiquena steak with all the trimmings, and extra borrachos beans. Skipped margarita, as they do not offer top shelf made from scratch(sic!), only pre-mixed. I should have walk out right then, but i was still under the influence of the local person… Beans arrived, and I have to admit that they were one of the better ones, I have ever tasted. They were made with beef trip(acquired taste, but I love it), light and delightfully flavourful. I braised myself for the feast. The main course arrived, presentation was less than mediocre. Meat cut suppose to be a skirt steak, but even with my medical background, I was not in position to identify a muscle nor a tissue, which it came from. It suppose to be marinated, but it is quite possible, that the marinate eluded it. The enchilada, cold inside, has seen a better times, maybe even couple of days before. Rice and beans: I was afraid to taste, after sampling the steak and the enchilada pretender. Of course, I barely touched the entrée, and lost the appetite. The beer, Corona, was exceptional… I paid the bill in full, as workers need to be paid, but I cannot constrain myself from sharing my feedback. Good thing is that I did not consume too many calories tonight, and perhaps I owe a debt of gratitude to Lindo Mexico.

Wow! What an amazing and refreshing find to have«Real Mexican food,» without red or green chili. Food/atmosphere authentic, service excellent. Will become a regular event. Had the Alahambra plate with pork and bacon. Can’t wait to come back.

Wow, couldn’t find anything to criticize about Lindo(the prices are a little higher but you pay for quality food, great/attractive dining environment, and pleasant/good service). Everything was delicious! It’s nice to find some quality Mexican food and so close to home. Their Chili Rellenos were done right! The Tostada Civiche was sooo fricken good. Even the agua fresca was perfect. And I’m sure this has been mentioned tons of times but I love how their chips & salsa come with queso! I’ll restate that everrrything was yum. I wish they stayed open later(close at 8pm nightly) but oh well. We can’t wait to go back: D

1st visit and it was perfect and I mean perfect. Seriously not one complaint. Service was friendly fast and professional. Food was visually appealing and tasted better than it looked. I love green I always go green but I’ve found in abq that not all green is the same so I like to sample it before I cover my food in it. The green chile was perfect for my taste. It was flavorful with the right amount of spice. I will return and personally recommend for anyone to try for themselves.

The good is great, and the waitstaff is always friendly and professional, the ONLY reason why I would not give this restaurant 5 stars is because I feel that this is a family establishment, and the hostess is always dressed so inappropriately! I would never come here with my kids or my nieces and nephews because she always has her stomach hanging out and looks very unprofessional. Everyone else in the restaurant has a very nice professional image, and it’s such a shame that they allow their establishment to be advertised in such a negative way. I don’t want to see an exposed woman, otherwise I’d go to a gentlemans club or hooters.

I came here because when I always drive by and it is packed full of cars. This place was pretty good and would rate it actually 3.5 stars if I could. I do not have mexican food often so i can not say if this is what people call authentic mexican food. This décor was nice on inside. The meal started with chips with salsa and queso. I then got a shrimp cocktail which consisted of shrimp, tomato juice, slice japaleno, and avovado. I think got a Chalupa which was pretty good. Tha Chalupa had a crunch shell on the outside mixed withe seasoned beef and vegetables mixed in the middle. This place is worth a try

Nice food, excellent service and pretty/clean interior. What else one could ask for. The only concern is the area where this restaurant is located. It’s worth locking your car and not leave any valuables in it. It just doesn’t seem safe. Other than that, cannot complain.

Mexican food! What can I say? It’s hard to get it wrong. I love Mexican food. So when I start hearing about a certain place from many people it immediately catches my attention. Heard the same thing from my parents and in laws. I finally decided to give it a shot. Lindo Mexico Grill & Seafood is great authentic Mexican food. First you get a bowl of chips, salsa and queso. The salsa was really spicy. It’s one of those things that you just can’t stop eating though! The queso was full of favor. Although, my wife didn’t enjoy the queso. My wife and I had the same thing, The Plato Mexicano. It comes with a red chile cheese enchilada, chile relleno, faluta(beef taquito), beans and rice. The Enchilada was great, what made it really good is the cheese. The red chile wasn’t spicy but it was full of flavor. Chile rellonos are a very well know New Mexican food. They use chiles from Hatch New Mexico and stuff them with cheese. They are then dipped in batter and fried to give it a crunchy or soft outside texture. Really well made and really good as well. The flauta was good as well. The beans and rice reminded me of my moms home cooking which is why I enjoyed it so much. I really enjoyed this place. Everyone speaks Spanish(and English of course) so ordering in Spanish was nice. Don’t really get to that much anymore. The atmosphere is very family oriented. The Mexican music brings me back to my childhood days as well. I will definitely be coming back several more times.

This was my last ditch effort to find an authentic Mexican, NOTNEWMEXICAN restaurant in Albuquerque. I ordered beef enchiladas with enchilada sauce, but got red chili sauce instead. It was more enchilada sauceish than other places I’ve had. The rice was quite meh… but the beans were amazing. My date had asada tacos and he described it as flank steak in flavor. The three tacos were all under the meat. So it was awkward to get the tacos built. It was okay but not as great as I had hoped for.

Great authentic Mexican menu, not all the beans and cheese popularized in local cuisine. The owner herself is seating people. The décor is very nice. Great atmosphere. Food was awesome. I had shrimp fajitas and there was barely any salt in them which is great for me. Corn tortillas were fresh. The food was brought out so warm the wood under the fajita skillet stuck to the table wax when I was finally done with the generous portion. The food was served within 10 minutes of ordering. It is a Sunday at 2:30 and the place is packed, the owner commented she has a full crew on the kitchen line. Price is nice. I travel the U.S. and eat out a lot, this is a great restaurant.

Food is very good, service is great, portions are enough for left overs. We had the Sopa de Rez and the botana de mariscos. The botana is a fajita with shrimp crab oyster imitation crab bell peppers tomato — delicious.

nom nom nom nom. Came here on a Monday morning after a night of partying(even though it wasn’t really hardcore partying, since I wasn’t hungover the next day). I looked over the menu, and since I am not really a big fan of seafood, I settled for their Chicharrones plate($ 7 lunch menu special). The chicharrones themselves weren’t that great; they were smothered in green chile, but didn’t really taste it. On the other hand, their beans were phenomenal! I guess this is weird to point out, but since I usually neglect the beans in other places, I must say that at the end of the meal I was almost wishing my plate had more beans. They almost have a chorizo flavor to them. I will say, however, that our waiter was very nice and attentive and the atmosphere is great. I think this is a great place to eat with friends, and maybe even with a date. The décor is great. Overall, I definitely recommend – especially if you are into seafood(considering that we live in a desert and your seafood is probably not going to be fresh).

Gotta say I really enjoyed the food. I ordered a deep fried fish topped with a ton of veggies smothered in a garlic sauce. The garlic sauce was delicious & went well with the fish. The rice it came w/was flavorful. It came with fries but I just did not get why. I would omit the fries next time & double the rice. I was a little jealous that some entrees came with a whole roasted green chili. I’ll just have to ask for that as an extra next time. The complimentary salsa verde & chips were pretty great too. My youngest was thrilled it also came with a free queso. I noticed on the dessert menu that they serve tres leches cake. I was too full to try, but excited to try that next time. Service was great & our waiter was able to keep up with our party of over 10.

First time here and loved it. Sadly, on a business lunch, so didn’t sample the Margarita’s, but that’s justification for a return visit. You walk in out of the hot sun and surrounding conflicted environment into a beautifully festooned(had to use that word, when on Louisiana & Central in Albuquerque you hear a lot of words starting with«f», but never one describing beautified) restaurant. What a find. Almost immediately we were greeted, seated and had a mound of chips with deliciously warm queso and a salsa with a little zip placed in front of us. The place is fresh, clean and friendly and since it was lunchtime, we were brought the full menu and the lunch specials. Immediately, like a newborn to an exposed nipple, I was drawn to the Pork Carnitas, and my usual, a side of roasted jalapeños. The food was delivered quick and hot(yet no one told me, careful the plate is muy caliente), which I thought I’d never miss hearing, but I did. The two roasted Jalapenos were scorchers’(muy caliente) and the Carnitas were tender and abundant. Although they could be like most ex-wives and have a little fat trimmed from them. The prices are so reasonable and the flavors are even better. I can’t wait to go back and sample a House Margarita or three!
