FANTASTIC food! We got the traditional dumplings with Szechuan sauce and hot and sour soup, the pork belly buns, and the Dan Dan noodles. Dumplings were made from scratch to order. The Szechuan sauce was traditional… meaning it makes your mouth numb and is DELICIOUS! Easily one of my favorite places to eat in Albuquerque!

Dumplings are really good. They have fancy meats like salmon and lobster. I got the pork dumplings and the duck sandwich. Not a fan of the duck sandwich, but the dumplings are excellent.

Best dumplings in town. I was a little confused when I was trying to find the place and then learned it’s inside the asian grocery store but when I found it and started ordering I was a happy camper. The dumplings are made by hand right in front of you and boiled right then and there, so the freshness is great.

Really good and unique dumpling shop. Dumplings are not premade, but filling is of course. Very unique dumplings. They traditional pork with a twist. Definitely tastes different from what I’m used to in LA, but it is a good different. The dipping sauce was good also. I got the non-spicy one because I can’t handle too spicy. They also have lobster dumplings. Sounds great, but didn’t get a chance to try it. Their pork belly bun was also very tasty. Pork belly had the right amount of fat and seasoning to it. With the green onions, it was perfect. Their Dan Dan noodles were also very tasty. Slightly spicy and very flavorful. Prices are decent.

Really good dumplings and a great Pork Belly Steamed Bun! Staff was attentive and kind. My order took 15 minutes but trust me — Talin International Market has TONS to check out and that time will fly! I would definitely recommend this business! Bring cash tho. You can’t tip them with their system on your debit cards. Great prices too!

Really very good, good value, the dumplings plus the soup are a pretty good meal. the small sandwiches are a bit light, but also very tasty. been here now 5 times(tried all the standard dumpling fillings), and must say the lamb with the hot dipping sauce are my favorites! but id eat any of them! Tried the lobster with a friend, and they were good too! wish they were open later and more often!

Just moved to Albuquerque and was nervous about finding good Asian food, but was super surprised and impressed! Came here after reading the raving reviews and they are definitely accurate. The place is owned by a Taiwanese husband and Sichuan wife who combine their culinary backgrounds for delicious made-from-scratch dumplings, Dan Dan Noodles, and Taiwanese style Beef Noodle Soup. Lamb Dumplings were amazing, cucumbers were fresh, can’t wait to come back and try more!

This is my third visit and I have decided that this has to be my favorite restaurant in Albuquerque. Great food, great service, fantastic value for the dollar. I love everything on the menu and can’t go wrong. I always order a separate take away order when ordering lunch. So happy they are going to be open on Friday and Saturdays from now on!

Best dumplings in ABQ. One order is a full meal and the Hot & Sour soup was hot and spicy just the way I like it! My wife loved her noodle soup. Lunch for two was $ 16!

Food: 4+ Service: 5 Value: 4 While shopping at Talin Market, I noticed a little chalkboard that said«Pop-Up Dumpling House, Thurs-Fri 11−6» and thought this could be interesting… We decided to take a trip there for lunch on a Thursday and over-ordered, as per the norm, in order to sample all the different dishes. I also had a wonderful chat with the owners who lived in Texas, but are from Taiwan(husband) and China(wife). Starting with an order of the dumplings, we went for authenticity and asked for the«traditional pork», which also comes with a choice of dipping sauces, and a soup. The dumplings are hand-made in front of you, and they are very good. I had the traditional(non-spicy) dipping sauce, but I’m told the spicy dipping sauce is authentic and delicious. Both soups are also quite good. They also have a sweet pork belly bun for $ 3. Slightly pricey for what it is, but it’s ridiculously good. It comes with a tiny sliver of apple, and green onion; I think it would be just as good without either components, but to each his own. They also serve a duck bun instead of pork belly, but I haven’t tried that yet. We also ordered the beef noodle soup. It’s traditional, delicious, and a lot of food by itself. The broth is also good, but make sure to add a little spice to everything(even if you don’t handle spice well) because otherwise it’s just a little bland. They also serve flavored drinks and boba; the drink prices are definitely not bad compared to other places to get boba around here.
