Jiffy is an inaccurate word. Only one member of the crew is competent and good with customers. Horrible attitudes from the rest. Guess what? If you fail emissions for a gas cap and authorize replacement and retest, you have to go to the back of the line! Your car is in the bay but they drive it out and put you at the back of the line you already waited in! Get your oil changed here. Nothing else.

Charged $ 9.95 for emissions retest in addition to the initial $ 24.95. My vehicle passed the emisions test with the exception of the gas cap test (yes that’s part of emissions testing). Curiously, same thing happened last year so I had to buy a new cap and get retested. Difference is that quick emisions charges 19.95 and retests for free within ten days. Guys at Jiffey lube were nice enough, I just hare getting nickel and dimed.
