My first time in a Jason’s deli i walked in through the wrong door. Everyone was walking in and using a screen to order. I was so confused and lost but I managed to use the computer screen to order. Then I got a receipt and didn’t know what to do with it. There was no explanations anywhere. I went in on a very busy time and it made it even harder to communicate with anyone about where to pick up my order. Luckily one of the employees recognized how lost I was and she was able to redirect me. She was so friendly and helpful she definitely turned this experience around for me around. Since then I have returned to Jason’s Deli a couple of times. I now know which door to use. I like being able to go to the salad bar, customizing my salad and taking it to go. It’s a great value.

I went here about a week ago and the service/food was really great. We were greeted very nicely and one of the workers brought a balloon to my 2-year old which made her day! I had the California Club which is always my favorite. The croissant is the best and the ingredients inside are always fresh/tasty. My wife had the salad bar and there are a lot of healthy options and nice desserts as well. Keep doing what you’re doing at this location!

Free ice cream! Great gluten free selection. Excellent customer service & a huge selection of non sandwich items too!

Jason’s is a chain with healthy options, and if you’re on a road trip it’s conveniently located right off the highway if you want to get away from fast food. The place is huge with a big parking lot but unfortunately no outdoor seating. Their big thing is a salad bar, but the menu also offers salads, soups, pastas, sandwiches and more. My salad was fresh and tasty, the vegetable and tomato soups were yummy, and the grilled cheese was a little blah. Lunch wasn’t cheap at $ 20, but you get what you pay for. Apparently you also get free ice cream if you choose to partake. Overall this is a good spot for healthy and vegetarian options.

Fresh ingredients! Jason’s makes a mean chicken salad sandwhich. Only place to go for salad bar. This location is right off the freeway — easy, quick access.

The service was quick and efficient, the restaurant was clean and well staffed. My New York Yankee sandwich came with chips. It was completely ordinary and forgettable, both in flavor and appearance. I really have to wonder why anybody garnishes a pastrami/corned beef sandwich with Ruffles potato chips when the margins on French fries, potato salad or sweet potato fries as sides are so good and they would greatly enhance the meal. The only advantages of this restaurant is that it’s easily accessible from the freeway, and nobody rushes you to clear out after you’re finished eating.

Stepped into Jason’s while in ABQ simply because it was the closest thing to our hotel when our stomachs started grumbling… AMAZING! We tried a little bit of everything, getting their chicken Alfredo, nutty salad, Santa fe chicken sandwich, seafood gumbo, and cookies — and it was all delicious. They also offer free ice cream, and although we didn’t try it, it’s certainly a nice attribute. Love this place! I wish there was one back home in Miami

I love the variety at Jason’s. The Cuban press is my new favorite. But, turn down the air conditioning! It seems like they are intentionally trying to create an uncomfortable experience for their customers. It’s always cold at this location. I can’t enjoy my food because I’m so cold.

Sandwiches, salads, soup. That’s what Jason’s Deli is about. Theyr’e really good at it, too. Food here is always consistent, and while it doesn’t leave me singing songs about how wonderful it was– I’m always satisfied and happy with my meal. The menu is really broad, and they have everything from pastrami and roast beef, to your typical turkey, ham, or tuna salad. You can build your own, or try one of their housemade concoctions. You can choose everything including cheese, toppings, bread, and meat. It’s a good place to customize if you’re into that. They have a few different side options, plus soup and salad as mentioned above, so this is a pretty reliable place to bring just about anyone. They offer cookies, brownies and such for dessert plus FREE ice cream! You can grab a cone on your way out, whatever you want. Make the kids happy, and it won’t cost you a penny. The only downside of this specific location is that it shares the parking lot with a sports bar, and sometimes you can deal with some nonsense related to that.

It’s a Jason’s Deli meets all the standards food wise as any other restaurant in the country. Downfall here is cramped parking shared with the sports bar next door. Later in the evening you can deal with some poor characters coming out of the sports bar which hurts the wholesomeness of Jason’s. Food is good along with the service.

This is one of those times when I wish I had just kept on driving but my grumbling stomach and the big Jasons Deli sign won me over and I found myself inside ordering a turkey wrap… I mean its a simple Turkey wrap it cant go to wrong right??? WRONG… my turkey wrap was more like a lettuce wrap with a slice of turkey… there was that much lettuce I couldn’t even taste the guacamole– in fact I actually opened the wrap to look inside as I was for sure there wasn’t anything other lettuce in there. I like lots of lettuce– in a salad yep thats when lots of lettuce is appropriate. My side of fruit was nice looked fresh it consisted of 3 strawberries and a couple of chunks of cantaloupe no complaints there. Next time though I will drive on past and go to McAlister’s.

I did not know what to expect from Jason’s Deli and I must say I was impressed. This place is like a subway on steroids. I could not believe the variety of food they offered, but honestly it was the service that made the meal. The place was completely slammed. The line was nearly out the door. But through some kind of sandwich making wizardry I had ordered and had my food within five minutes. FIVE! You have to understand there were probably 40 people ahead of me in line. I do not understand how it happened. I ordered the Amy Turkey-O sandwich and enjoyed everything about it except it had mustard on it. But that was my fault for not ordering it without. Even so the rest of the sandwich was so good it didn’t even matter. I am excited to go back for more.

I love this place. I adore their food, especially their organic and healthy options. I order them for lunch at work all the time(I am actually eating one of their salads right now). I get their Mediterranean wrap and Spinach wrap quite often. Those are my favorites. They are both delicious. Their side salad is cheap and very large. They let you substitute and build your own food, which gives you complete control of calories and ingredients. The serving sizes leave you feeling satisfied without feeling overly fully– and without that heavy/greasy feeling that fast food leaves. Everything always tastes completely fresh. Their guacamole is amazing and the salsa, though very mild, is very flavorful. I would recommend the Zucchini Grillini to any vegetarian. It’s simple and amazing, packed full of vegetables and flavor. All of their soups are fantastic, especially the cheese and broccoli. I actually can’t think of anything on their menu that is not tasty. They have lots of meatless and gluten free options, along with hearty, meaty sandwiches. Be warned– they sell literally giant potatoes. They are impossible to eat all at once, but they do offer a half size. They are delicious– just be ready to have a lot of leftovers if you order the full sized meal. Most of their food can come in half sizes for a light lunch– if you do half a wrap, it’s nice to pair with a salad. The only reason they don’t have five stars is because of how long it takes them to deliver. An hour and a half, no matter what time of day, is kinda silly. They should probably update how their orders are processed. That is my only complaint with this place. The Louisiana location here to Albuquerque is the best, in my opinion, when it comes to customer service and attitude, but they are all really great places to grab a bite.

We love this place. It is affordable for a family of five and the food is always fresh. I love their salad bar and as well as their sandwiches as their food is simple, but it is always tasty and fills me up. It seems like every time we go we get coupons for free kids meals which is a added perk for families. My only complaint is that it is always cold in the restaurant, but my kids have learned to take their sweaters.

I was in town for work and was meeting a friend and his 2 kids(6&8) for dinner. He suggested Jason’s Deli becuase it’s one of the only places his kids like. I had never been there, and didn’t have high expectations of a «deli», but I was pleasantly surprised with the food and atmosphere. The girl taking our order was super nice and patient with the kids and myself since it took me a little time to figure out what I wanted. I opted for the California Club with fruit on the side. I love that I had the option of getting fruit and didn’t even have to pay extra for it. The sandwich was really good and the fruit was fresh and ripe. The best part is that they have a soft serve ice cream machine which is free for you to enjoy dessert. It’s definitely more than your typical deli, with other options besides sandwiches(my friend got chicken pot pie). It’s a nice, clean atmosphere, good food, and service… couldn’t ask for more.

Tuna salad, you’re my hero. As far as I’m concerned, tuna lands pretty close to tofu perfection on the protein echelon: healthy(save that mercury issue), eco-friendlier(save that over-fishing issue), versatile and absolutely packed with energy, this fish beats red meats fins-down. Mix it up with too much mayo, however, and the good-for-you quotient drops significantly. Great tuna salad should mainly be tuna, no mush, and it’s tough to come by. Jason’s concocts a good scoop. One of relatively few spots in the city that truly celebrates greens, Jason’s also hosts a scrumptious, delightfully clean salad bar. While I dished up an employee was readying her gloved mitts to wipe up my mess. Basically, every ingredient I look for in a truly stupendous salad was there for my pickin’s: red and yellow bell peppers, kalamata olives, feta, real bacon bits, artichoke hearts, a wealth of dressings, every desire there to devour. I plopped my cup o’ tuna salad smack dab in the center and went to frickin’ town. Yum! Filling, tasty and great on my conscience. This isn’t a deli. It’s a restaurant that serves salads and soups and sandwiches wrapped in an expectedly franchise package. But don’t let that stop you. Great for families, friendly on your wallet, it’s a decidedly sober shift from the neighbor, Los Ojos. No revealing low-cut tees here, just flavorful chicken breasts.

Jason’s Deli is decent. I really enjoy their salad bar. It is always clean and fresh which are excellent characteristics of a salad bar. I like the meatball sub but all of the sandwiches are made fresh and delicious. This place is excellent for groups or if you’re needing to accommodate different tastes. They are open until 10pm most nights.

I came in today at around 2:30pm when it was slow. A friendly woman, who I assume was the manager, stepped up to help me understand the self-serve kiosk by the front door. She mentioned the wild salmon as an addition to the all-you-can-eat salad bar. I chose that instead of turkey and was really surprised by how good it was — definitely more expensive but truly good. After ordering at the kiosk, she told me that I could just head for the salad bar after turning in my protein order — a helpful tip if there’s a line. She gave me a tour around the restaurant and pointed out the many items on the bar, and nearby, that are included with every meal. Fountain drinks are offered with free refills, too. She explained that they chop all their salad ingredients in-house every morning. While the salad bar did look better than your average fare, I was still surprised by the quality and richer taste. The only thing that would have made the meal truly exceptional would have been a homemade-style ranch dressing. I happen to love the ranch at Dion’s and that dressing on this salad would have made me see stars. I’m so glad I came in today and look forward to returning.

As much as I love Deli places, this one is not one of them. Don’t get me wrong the sandwiches are decent but sometimes when I get a hot sandwich such as the pastrami Reuben, I don’t expect the bread on top of the sandwich so hard I can’t bite into it. The soup that I ordered was a tad but too salty. I would say the food here is decent but not better than Paneras or McCallister’s I am giving it a 3 star instead of 2 because it does harbor an atmosphere to hangout and chat with your friends. I would say you will either love this place or hate it. Depending on what you order. In this case I really dislike the food.

I hate to write this review, but I must let people know this place has gone way down hill! Many months ago I would have given this place 5 stars, but with my last 4 or so experiences there, I feel there is no improving occurring. I think the problems started when I noticed nuts missing from my Papa Joe. I mean if they say it has nuts, it needs to have nuts, but they totally disappeared. Then they got rid of their pomegranate tea. That stuff was great, but due to the lack of popularity(according to the corporate office) they had to get rid of it. It goes on from there. Jason’s Deli’s purpose is to provide their customers with quality healthy food, but they have some problems they need to fix first. When they first opened everything was amazing, but now the waitstaff is unhelpful and even rude and unprofessional with each other and the food and supply has issues. Lately, the restaurant seems to be lacking. In our last trip, they were out of 3 flavors of soup, granola, Dr. Pepper, peas, and Diet Coke(mind you this is all in one night)! Other times they gave us 90% broth, 5% chicken, and 5% noodles in the soup, and the corned beef is burned(overheated) to a crisp! Not only that, but they have also made multiple errors on our order! This is not the Jason’s Deli I used to know. They have great clientele, and in order to maintain them, they need to change! The food is decently priced, and it’s great to get free ice cream; however, I plead with management to fix their problems!
