Yummmmmmmmmmm! Everything is five million calories, so you need to know what you’re getting into. That said, it’s all delicious. If I’m counting calories, I get the grilled cheese veggie sandwich that’s only four million calories. Because you have to get the fries. It’s like a requirement. Just order the single order, because if you order the large size, you’ll have fries for a year. The soda fountains are the Coca Cola Freestyle models, which are always a hit with the husband and kid. Just make sure you don’t get stuck behind a first-timer, because there’s definitely a learning curve with those machines. The staff is friendly, and the food comes fast. No one leaves hungry, for sure. It’s a classic burger joint, so there’s not a large menu. Just order a burger with cheese, bacon and whatever veggies blow your skirt up. And the small fries. You’ll thank me later.

I am certainly biased to this place, I’ll start the review off right there. I first fell in love with Five Guys back in Ohio and I am really impressed how well they are able to keep the same taste and atmosphere on the other side of the country. My favorite thing about Five Guys is the unlimited toppings. I get everything in black and a few more toppings in red as well. The burgers are cooked very well and I prefer the slimmer patties that they have. It’s always a treat watching me eat this burger because I don’t care how messy I get, I just love the burger so much! To top things off they have some amazing fries, but don’t get anything bigger than a small because they load you up with fries! Sprinkle some vinegar on those fries and dip them in ketchup and your taste buds will thank you! I just can’t say enough, I get giddy when we come here and I try to keep it a once a month visit because I don’t want Five Guys to ever get old to me.

Burger quality is very good. Would like to have option on meat doneness and fat content. Feel like drink and fries are overpriced. Good overall experience though.

I give it 5 stars for the service. We came in on an unusually busy Wednesday. Just ahead of us a bus load of teens came in and just after a is a large group of Boy Scouts. Despite the amount of orders coming in the staff remained polite and totally on top of it. We watched them fill the orders as we waited and everything was prepared fresh. I was impressed with how the manager directed his team and stayed extremely busy helping where he could. Our food came out just as we ordered and was delicious. It’s so refreshing to get this type of service. Thank you! P. s. The manager working the dinner shift on 11÷11÷15 should certainly be recognized for his work ethic and management skills.

i want to give them 3 stars. however, the soggy fries are just sad. its a shame that a place that goes through all the trouble to cut their fries daily, then doesn’t take one more step, and double fry to get crispy fries. burger was good. i used the online order — still had to wait 15 mins past the time it was suppose to be ready.

What a better way to reward myself after a run today?!? Seriously, 5 Guys is the best burger place I’ve gotten burgers at. Used to go to 5 Guys all the time when the wife(aka Vicki S) and I were stationed on the east coast. I have yet to visit one that was ad and there food and service is a constant no matter what state or town we are in. Little advice — order the small frees — it is enough to feed 2 people! Keep it up 5 Guys — y’all rock!

Dear god get the SMALL fries!!! The large fries will feed an army of football players. Burgers are above average for a fast food style place.

My second and last visit here! It’s a fairly large space, and today particularly was hot outside, so I figured since my son love the taste of the overpriced burgers, we’ll just go inside and cool down and enjoy some time together. As we walked in I noticed we were the only ones in there, no other customers. I immediately noticed the heat in the building, when we placed my order I stated to the cashier it was hot, he said«we’ll turn the ac on». Are you kidding me!!! Do you know how long it will take to cool this size of a place down, needless to say it was hot for our entire visit, but dodo start cooking when we left, not to mention any conversation was unbearable do to the BLASTING song by blues traveler. Sorry but 25 bucks for 2 burgers, 2 drinks, 1 large fry, with all these mentioned«amenities», I’ll pass and go down the road to chick-fil-a where it’s cool and clean and fresh always for less of a cost.

Great burgers, crappy fries. This place would be a great burger joint if they worked on improving the flavor of their fresh cut fries. Not sure what they can do to make them better, but there’s just something off about them. Otherwise, I love the burgers. Oh, yeah, no green chiles? Really? Come on guys, get with the program!

Love love love this place. They say a large fries feeds five. They ain’t lying. I’m a soda junkie and they have the wonderful 100+ option soda machine. Burgers are great and I really like that you can order it your way. Friendly staff and free peanuts a winning combination.

Second time trying this burger joint and thought this would change my mind about this place. Burgers are very tasteless. It’s like just having tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup, and bacon(which I added) between to burger buns that fall apart. Fries are not that bad they do serve enough fries for 2 people. I’m better off with Lotaburger. That’s just my opinion.

I’ve been to this fast food place millions of times. I used to go to the one in Round Rock, Texas all the time when I lived there. The burgers are made fresh(never frozen) and you can tell when you bite into them. They have that fresh, juicy(and greasy) taste. I like that you can add a bunch of different topping options to include hot sauces, jalapenos, and sauteed mushrooms. Every time I go, I get the little burger(because the regular one is too big for me) with pickles, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, and mushrooms. It is delicious! And their fries are always amazing as well — they never disappoint. It’s nice to bring the food all the way home and the food is still nice & hot. Makes it that much more enjoyable. We mostly take the food to go because its a little noisy inside. But, you will always find fast, friendly, and efficient service, everytime you go! 5-stars all around for this place!

This isn’t your typical fast food burger. There is an open kitchen, and the quality of the meat and ingredients is clearly above average. You essentially make the burger your way, choosing from a list of ingredients. If you know what you like on a burger, this place is going to hit the spot. The burger is just flat out delicious. Be warned that their serving size for fries is easily enough for two people. So split fries if you can. I’m bringing the rating down one star because I feel the food is a bit overpriced. Be prepared to spend restaurant prices on a burger and fries.

Always a great burger & this time was no exception. Additionally, the customer service made for a great experience. Great food. Prices are fair. The 1000 combination Coca Cola drink machine, simply amazing!!! The location is not the greatest, especially being next door to a Jimmy Johns, but apparently they do well here as I saw a steady flow of patrons enter & exit the 5 guys. 100% beef, made before your eyes & in a timely fashion, I like it!!! Oh and the free peanuts are a plus!!!

Food’s fine, but pricey for 1 adult with 2 kids. One burger, two hot dogs, drinks and fries was $ 26. If they added some kid items, I’d be much happier. NOGREENCHILE!!! They are very proud about posting awards and fabulous write-ups… Unfortunately all are dated no later than 2009. That’s a five year gap… The green chile cheeseburger from nearby Freddy’s is awesome. I am a totally independent diner and have nothing to do with either Five Guys or Freddy’s.

This place has already been reviewed up the WAZOO! This ABQ joint brings you the flavor and great service as all the rest. Great Things about 5 guys: — I’m always greeted by a smile from the person who takes the orders(do they train them on that?) — I can make the burger however I want. With there plentiful ingredients, you get to choose which and how many things you want on your burger. — All you can eat peanuts while you wait,(but seriously save your hunger) — The BAG of fries you get can feed a family of 4. 5 guys, always a hit.

I love five guys! When I lived in D.C. This was my go to place for burgers. When five guys first opened in ABQ I was so excited but it took going a couple of times after they opened to get the five guys experience I was used to! First off, the little cheese burger comes with one meat patty and the regular cheese burger comes with two. The bun is always moist enough to not dry your mouth out with the first bite but dry enough to stand up to the toppings you can select. The meat patty which covered in delicious cheesy perfection, is perfectly sized so that the meat and cheese do not overwhelm the other toppings you choose to add. I like the style of getting to decide exactly what goes on my burger. Toppings are appropriately proportioned so that the burger is appropriately messy! The fries are wonderful! The smaller portion is enough for two people! I enjoy knowing that the location of where the potatoes that make the fries is always listed. The fries have a crisp but also a chew to them that allow you to appreciate that fries come from potatoes! I also appreciate that they have both ketchup and vinegar options for the fries! A must go!

It’s really hard to screw up a burger and because of that it’s also really hard to make a truly stand out burger. I won’t say it’s the best burger I’ve ever had but I’ve eaten at Five Guys three times and they have yet to disappoint. A juicy burger, topped how you like it, and a generous portion of fries. I love it each and every time. Great Job Five Guys! Keep it up.

Oh man, do I love me a Five Guys … I don’t see how people cannot like this place: YOUGETTOCREATEYOUROWNBURGER. Seriously, you can customize the heck out of it. Want hot sauce and tomatoes? You go it. A-1 and pickles? Sure. Me, I always go bacon and hot sauce. Yum. Some people might take umbrage with the quality of the patties, but I do not. It’s decent for the price, and the service is usually pretty swift on getting them bad boys out. Also, the fries … those delicious fries.
