When I came in they were busy, but not extremely busy. There was still a lot of waiting for help or paying my bill. They had enough staff, but it seemed like only one of them knew what to do so the others had to keep consulting that person. They were very friendly. It just took longer than I expected. Side note — if you are coping or printing from a USB make sure to click black and white because it defaults to color, which is 53 cents instead of 10 cents.
