You’ll receive better service during slower times. I set an appointment on a Friday for body sugaring assuming the time would be set aside for the service I requested. Paula rushed through our appointment (telling me she had others waiting) leaving little patches of hair that she would’ve normally went over a few times before tweezing. She then used a wash cloth to clean her hands and handed the dirty towel to me! I don’t know if she regularly has her clients reuse dirty towels to wipe themselves but it was pretty gross. Paula used to be better. I’m not sure what happened…
