We called our usual heating and air people when we had an air conditioner issue this summer. They didn’t have a guy available on the day we needed him so we took a chance and called B. Carlson — they made an appointment to come out in a couple hours.
Their technician Ben came out a little early, in fact, and immediately diagnosed the problem was NOT the one we had suspected. He spent a good deal of time diagnosing what the actual problem was, and then set to work fixing it (all the while being polite and informative while taking great care to keep the house tidy). Ben explained the situation to my wife and graciously took the time to re-​explain it to me over the phone, then spent the time needed to confirm that the problem had been resolved.
It was — Ben completely fixed the problem, and he was completely friendly and professional in doing so.
And he did this all with an eye toward keeping the bill low, while making recommendations of what sort of issues we could expect to have to address in the future and giving us a realistic timeline of when we might need to replace our aging equipment.
When I first scoped out all these five-​star reviews of B. Carlson here on Customer Lobby, I was skeptical. Surely nobody is that great, right? Well, based on our experience, Ben of B. Carlson sure rates five stars. We now have a new heating and air conditioning go-​to here in Albuquerque — B. Carlson and Ben sure earned our business. Thanks — we are grateful!

Everyone was friendly and did a great job. Had A/​C conversion done with electrical upgrade and additional insulation blown in the attic and new attic fan. House is nice and comfortable! Jeremy Larson recommended the right system and didn’t over sell something we didn’t need. Nice touch with the follow visit after the sale. Josh did a nice clean job with the installation. Would highly recommend them if your thinking of installing a new system.

Very friendly and professional. They do a great job and take pride in their work. Very quick to help and excellent customer service. Have used them for years and have never had a problem with their work or staff. Recently had my counters resurfaced and Marcos was very efficient in moving my stuff and removing my sink. He then installed my new sink, faucet and disposal and moved my appliances back. I have also had a furnace, hot water heater, humidifier, and toilets replaced by this business. Highly recommend.
