Coming here is so relaxing and friendly. Jennifer Singleterry does my nails here. I like that the staff is engaging and everyone chit chats with you. It’s a fun place, and AVEDA…

I was called an hour and a half before my appointment and asked if I could come in 30 minutes later than my appointment which was fine. They were very appreciative. I waited an additional 15 – 20 minutes. I’m patient. My stylist, Alexajandro was nice and we got along great. I have very simple hair: long with bangs, thin. I discussed my previous emotional trauma from other stylists so he was very very conservative with me. I wasn’t thrilled with how he cut my bangs and my back was not smoothly cut even though I told him what I wanted(rounded so I could blow dry with a round brush and have the back curl under). He did actually style my hair before I left, which was nice. I paid $ 50. I’ll give him one more try, since he didn’t butcher my hair. I do agree with the previous review, that the ventilation is horrible, so it smells like a nail salon in there, so I left with a slight headache too. They have nail artists working right along the hair stylists– not conductive to a «spa» environment.

Called for price on men’s haircut, was told $ 25.00. Then called back to schedule appointment after getting quotes from a few other places. I was so excited to be offered a same day appointment! I arrived and was told the haircut would be 28.00 not 25.00. Agreed to that and proceeded to sit there till 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Due to another engagement, I left and will not be returning. Poor ventilation is probably to blame, but the Aveda smell I usually love was too thick and overwhelming in the air.
