Absolutely delicious food! We’ve eaten here 3x now and have never had a disappointing dish. The service is also outstanding. Their mock abalone is to die for, I want to know how they make it! For a unique, healthy and delicious experience I highly recommend!

I honestly couldn’t have picked a better spot for lunch. We are just passing through from Flagstaff back to St.Louis. The menu wasn’t super helpful, but the slideshow screen was, along with a good server who obviously knew his clientele. He told us how he fench pressed our Thai coffee to make it extra bold.(I’m wearing a coffee shop shirt lol) I wouldn’t say that I’m easy to please when it comes to restaurants. I watch for all the service cues and I’d say I have a worldly pallet(foodie), so to have found this wonderful food with a staff that matched was more than amazing! It’s my new standard of great service! Thanks server guy!

I’m usually a picky Vietnamese food eater(being Vietnamese myself) but this place really impressed me! Very authentic food, each dish was packed with flavor. Recommendations: steam buns, shredded rice with meat loaf and BBQ, and the mock pork rice dish

I loved the service and the food at this place. The waiter was very friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions. I loved that everything on their menu is Vegan or Vegetarian. Normally my daughter can only choose between one or two items on the menu… or she has to modify the menu item. Here, she had so many choices she had trouble. We will be back.

Loved this place! I had been putting off going because it’s so far from where I live, but it was 100% worth the drive. I had the bun hue(a vietnamese noodle soup that’s more flavorful than phở). It typically comes with a mix of different meats, and this place did an awesome job replacing all of them with vegan substitutes. I’m a broth fiend, so I gulped up all the broth and ended up not eating about half of the noodles. The owner who was waiting on us ended up just refilling my broth so I could take the noodles home and get another meal out of it for free! I also had the fresh tofu rolls as an appetizer, they were delicious, and the peanut sauce was perfect for them. The owner is an awesome guy who will chit chat with you about the food and other stuff if you like to engage like that. I had a great time talking with him and learning about the food and the restaurant.

First time trying some takeout last night and I was definitely not disappointed. The Coconut Paradise is just awesome. Flavorful and enough food for 2 – 3 meals/people. I also tried the steam buns which have a great veggie filling. I could probably eat a whole plate of these in one sitting but I still needed to try my spring rolls. They were huge, tasty and came with a nice peanut sauce. I picked up my order in their last half hour of business but wasn’t rushed by the staff at all. The gentleman that waited on me was very friendly and helpful. They even have a customer appreciation card that gives you $ 5 off after six meals. Can’t wait to dig into the rest of the menu as I sit here and wonder if the leftovers of my Coconut Paradise will make a good breakfast.

Yum, yum, yum! If they have it, try the tofu and mushroom clay pot, it’s seasoned with lots of sweet onions and white pepper and is so good! I was too full to finish it, but it reheated well for breakfast: bonus!

A vegan friend recommended this restaurant and I’m so glad! All vegetarian menu with lots of vegan options. Bean thread stir-fry veggies were amazing. Also recommend stir-fried bamboo, lemongrass and chili. Peaceful atmosphere. Very clean. Extensive menu. New favorite.

It always feels like a slice of heaven when, as a vegan, you can walk into a restaurant and eat almost everything on the menu. The portions are huge, the food is great; not greasy or overly salted. Our waiter was a gem who made suggestions from their comprehensive menu. We split the spring roll appetizers with peanut sauce, which was like a salad in a rice wrapper. At our waiter’s suggestion I got the cashew«pork» any husband got the crunchy rice noodles with veggies. Usually we can demolish a plate of any size but we wound up taking some home. This place is at the top of our list now whenever we are in Albuquerque. Omnivores will be very happy here, too.

Literally the ONLY Viet vegetarian place in town! Everything about this place is great — from the atmosphere to the food. The staff here is extremely kind & helpful! Also, the food is displayed beautifully too(yes, it’s Instagram worthy). My personal faves here is the Com Tam(broken rice dish) & the Mi Hoanh Thanh(wonton noodle soup). I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great Viet food, whether you’re vegetarian or not. you definitely will NOT be disappointed!

Very welcoming vibe! Four other tables were happily dining — at 1:40pm. Nice. The host greeted us right away in a very welcoming manner. The atmosphere was appealing, very clean, and inviting. No TV. Yay. Got food to go. Waiter brought us all water and let us sit and relax. Very nice. Waiter/host was pleasant to all the other patrons. Nice to observe. Got the Deep Fried Tofu and Fresh Vegetable Rolls. Both were very tasty. Sauce that came with rolls was so delicious. Did not use the sauce that came with the tofu. Didn’t need any either. I’d definitely go back for the rolls! That is my favorite low cal meal. Yum!

Let’s start out with full disclosure that I am not a vegetarian! However, in a quest for better health, I am trying to eat less meat. After reading reviews, my friend and I ventured out to An Hy Quan. We are so glad we did! The food here is amazing and the service is quick, friendly, and pleasant. We even had a nice chat with the owner. The atmosphere is homey and quaint with a small dose of funky… super clean. The food was superb; our dishes were generous, filling, and we really felt like any non-vegetarian would have been very satisfied. The food was very tasty! Everything was nicely seasoned and well presented… really delicious. Often if a non-vegetarian eats a vegetarian meal you hear them say, «It was great for being vegetarian.» Here you will just be saying, «That was a great meal!» We will be back often!

As Bill explained the menu: «EVERYTHING is vegetarian or vegan, if it says *beef*, it’s mock beef, etc.» Ordered the onion soup, swiss cheese on bread, floating — it was amazing. Two of us were dining, so we split two dishes: one was mock pork, the other veggies and glass noodles. Both were exceptionally well prepared, flavorful, and exceeded my expectations. Whether or not I will return isn’t the question, it’s *how many times can I fit in dining here on my next visit to Albuquerque?*

Fantastic menu and incredible personal and fast service. Definitely something for everyone here. I am a long time vegan and my mother is a very picky vegetarian. Her husband is all regular American food, period. Hates trying new things and I drive him crazy by taking him to vegan places. This however… is the place he looks forward to! Fried won tons, egg rolls to start. Served piping hot. Delicious entrees and condiments. If you’re lucky the owner will serve your authentic and generous meals. You will leave satisfied, no matter what you eat on a regular basis. Very understanding and great with suggestions. Never takes offense to someone saying they prefer other cuisine, just makes perfect recommendations. Must go if you have taste buds and you like to make them happy!

I cannot recommend this place enough. While I’m not normally looking for veggie/vegan food, we decided to have a sober veggie week and came across this place when the falafel place we wanted to try was closed. That was the best decision ever. The steamed«pork» buns and mushroom soup special were awesome and flavorful. The service was excellent and our server explained the menu and dishes and in general was very friendly. Portions were great and I enjoyed my leftovers the next day. While vegetarian food isn’t always my jam, this place deserves everyone’s business.

This place deserves all the stars. The food and service were amazing. And Pat, our server, provided the best service I’ve ever experienced. Above and beyond. Food was so flavorful and generous portions. Vegan and vegetarian perfection! Can’t wait to pass through Albuquerque again! Tried the cashew pork, crêpe and a special with mushrooms and tofu. All delicious.

Cute and very clean interior in a convenient location. Parking was plentiful. I’m always in search of a good vegetarian/vegan place and this was definitely a great find. I was very impressed. The two gentlemen waiting on us were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. Menu was extensive, providing many different variety of dishes. We had the Bun Bo Hue(Hue style noodle soup), and Com Tay Cam(assorted stir-fry veggies in clay pot). Both were full of flavor and the portions they give you are so generous. Definitely worth it! Vegetarian food doesn’t have to be bland and boring. I could eat here everyday!

This was my first time here, and I came here with a «regular.» First, let me point out I am a huge omnivore and was(slightly) skeptical until I read others’ reviews who were from similar, meat-eating backgrounds. It is absolutely true you do not miss the meat. The food is exceptionally fresh, made-to-order, and bursting with flavor. Portions are more than generous and perfect for sharing. Service is friendly and prompt. Could not have had a better first-time experience. Specifics: started with the wonton soup, which I would HIGHLY recommend. The wontons themselves were to die for and the veggies were still a bit crisp & crunchy, so I can tell everything was freshly put together and wasn’t just sitting in a pot somewhere. I believe there was a tasty combo of fresh mint and cilantro and perfectly balanced the almost French onion-tasting base. Also had the steamed buns. I had NO idea what to expect. They were these wonderful doughy, fluffy buns filled with fresh veggies. Absolutely delicious. Probably the buns and soup were enough food, but since I was a newbie, I wanted to try everything! We split the soft chowmein, which was also absolutely flavorful and lovely. SO many more items I cannot wait to try(based on both recommendations and from what I could see others around me had ordered.)
