Had lunch around 2:30pm, service was gear but only one other customer in the restaurant. Pizza was good, same as any other Pizza Hut.

Pizza is alright, service is horrendous. Seriously. When I order online and get an email that says my pizza will be ready at 3:45, then show up at an EMPTY Pizza Hut at 3:46. I should not hear «Oh, I haven’t even. Uhh. It’ll be about another ten minutes.» Sooooo slow! Even when there’s no one else there! Ridiculous.

Our pizza was great, but the service was terrible. We waited probably 45 minutes from when we sat, to when we ate. Our waitress was nice, but seemed a bit confused for our simple order. However, after hearing the manager yell at employees in front of everyone, I believe the problem starts with her. The bathroom was in pretty poor shape at best. I’ve had a lot better service at other Pizza Huts, but never worse.
