Sloppy, inattentive, I-don’t-have-to-help-you attitude. I ve been to the store at least 4 times so far, always the same kinda experience with customer service .Most of the girls are always busy dabbing on the sample make up on themselves. too busy to greet you when you come in the store or even acknowledge your presence. Want the experience of an invisible cloak? This is the place for you.
I’ve been to TBS in other places, and this one without a doubt is the worst. They also don’t have much store space so, you may not find some products you want to buy. To all the TBS fans in Albany area, you are better off buying online.

I only visit Body Shops for a couple of very specific products. This particular store is okay, but it’s inventory-​challenged because it’s a smaller store. It was doubly challenged this visit because much of the store space was devoted to Christmas promotions, so even more of their inventory than usual was in in the back. Fortunately they have a good staff here who were able to help me find what I was looking for even when it wasn’t on display. The selection of men’s products — already small in most stores — is also a little smaller than usual here.
So if you don’t see what you’re looking for, ask — they may have it in stock but have to retrieve it for you.
