Starbucks

Not the best Starbucks by any means. Very slow. Staff is always clueless and manager stands around day dreaming does not help out staff at all. I would defiantly recommend going down the street to the stand alone Starbucks.

Barely 1 star suffices for my experience here today. My daughter and I were at Colonie Center, shopping, tired and overheated and stopped to grab a coffee for the road. The help was not very friendly and seemed confused by our order which was a tall hot caramel latte with skim milk no whipped cream (and no I don’t want to upgrade the size as asked or I would have ordered that size!) and a tall cold caramel latte with skim milk no whipped cream. So we waited a fair amount of time and they were busy but not crazy busy. My daughter received hers no problem then a few minutes later I got mine. As I sipped it exiting the store, I noted it was not hot, not even warm, tepid at the very warmest. In addition, it had whipped cream so my guess would be it wasn’t skim milk either. Wow, usually Starbucks is consistent but this was a mess. I would have gone back but we were out the door and fighting our way through the crowds wasn’t appealing. $ 8.00 wasted.
