Suburban Extended Stay Hotel

After a truly unfortunate (and isolated) problem at the Best Western in town, I turned to this hotel as an alternative. As far as hotel rooms go it is pretty bare bones. They don’t clean daily and I don’t even think that there was a clock in my room but it had a tiny little kitchenette with dishes and pots and pans. The TV was small but functional and they had cable.
BUT, the staff was amazing… they helped me with pricing, restaurant choices, directions and entertainment options. We joked around a lot and had a fun time. They were really professional. All the people in the rooms around me were equally friendly. It’s extended stay so lots of people there were working temporarily in the area.
The room was small but clean and neat. The AC worked well and the internet connection was good. In the end, there’s nothing special about this place… except maybe the price tag… but it met my needs and gave me a little company on a long trip to a far-​away place.
