I’ve been coming to Sakura for electrolysis. And since that was 100% success I decided to start laser. Well, to TRY it and see if it would work for me. I know the result varies and I was told that it would require 6 – 7 treatments at least, but I didn’t expect to see actual result 2 weeks after FIRST treatment! Well, don’t get me wrong — I still have to go back, and 6 – 7 times is most likely the correct estimate. But I do see the hair falling out a lot. Now, the very important part for me is that the treatment is almost painless. I am very sensitive and can’t stand pain. On the scale 1 – 10 I grade it as 2 at most. 5 stars from a very picky customer :-)

My main concern at the beginning was financial because I knew that IPL treatments are expensive and that many treatments are required. I was also concerned that it would be painful. I was pleasantly surprised that it is not as painful as waxing and I had to keep telling myself that I will save money and time in the end (vs. waxing). It was reassuring to know that the treatments were being done by a Registered Nurse in a professional setting. An added bonus: free 90-​minute parking right in front!

The IPL treatments are amazing! The hairs on my legs were almost all gone with the first treatment. I would highly recommend IPL to anyone looking for a cheaper, painless, and just as effective procedure as laser hair removal. Cherry Blossom Medical Spa is a charming place and the costumer service is great!
