I had repetitively a horrible experience at this place, Doctor would not touch me, would remind me multiple times that we’ re running late and would entertain a stressful ambiance through «the interview», would not ask me about my pain level or my comfort probably judging it as too luxurious for me, I gave them another chance but they seem to be locked into their practices. Avoid at all cost.

Waited over an hour to be seen for a scheduled appointment. They really need to do a better job at scheduling. To take time off of your job just to wait is awful. If you don’t have a day to waste go somewhere else.

I have to go there at least three times a month to get pain medication after the fifth knee surgery which takes 4 hours round trip on the bus, and they won’t give me even a month supply.

OrthoNY is not the place to visit with any injury. We set in the waiting room for over two hours. Only three patients were called in to see the doctors in the two hours plus that we waited.
