I found Mike O’Brien’s Heating Cooling and Plumbing on Unilocal the morning my furnace stopped working. They dispatched Dan quickly and he was able to diagnose the problem and make the repair. He was professional, trustworthy and I’ve added the company to my speed dial. My furnace is better than it ever was even through this very cold weather – I’d give 5 stars but have only called once

Since I posted my review on 10÷20÷12, we have been in further contact with Mike O’Brien Heating Cooling & Plumbing. They have impressed me with their desire to remedy the situation. As it turns out, the gal that we originally spoke with about needing service, was not an employee who regularly schedules service. Hence she was not as informed as the person who would normally handle that job. We have been in contact with someone who has been able to rectify the situation. We received a bill in the mail after our original, unsatisfactory service and my husband called the office to pay it. The woman who has been handling our issue asked that we hold off with payment until we our service needs are complete, then a lower, augmented bill would be sent out. I am pleased with the company’s eagerness to work with us! Mistakes happen, but how the company handled the mistake has impressed me.
