I had a pair of boots resoled and the heels redone. Cost $ 50 which, compared to what I used to pay in Brooklyn is a lot but for this area seems about the average. there aren’t as many shoe repair places competing so it makes sense. The boots look brand new. He polished them up too. I haven’t worn them yet so I will have to see how the new soles hold up but it looks like quality work.
It took about a week and they were ready when he said they would be. I had to leave a deposit and then pay the balance when I picked them up. It is cash only so make sure you have cash on you.
Overall good experience.
