These 3 ppl must be relatives lol… I gave her a week to put new heels on. I came back one day early and she didn’t even start them. Who wIts till the day of pick up and starts doing the work? I checked the shoes and it was poor workmanship at its best. She works by herself I guess and I feel doesn’t take pride in her work skills… never go there again… if u want take your chances!!!

This place is a throwback gem! High quality work by 40 year craftsman in the business … You go anywhere else in the Capital Region who sent there repair work out chances are they are sending it here. Love this place

She did an absolutely wonderful job or repairing both a pair of cork wedge sandals and a pair of knee high black leather boots. I was about to throw both pairs out and thought I’d give getting them repaired a shot. The both came back nearly good as new, and for only $ 18.

If you are looking for a high-quality, no-frills, old-school shoe repair shop this is your place. When I used to live in Boston I brought my shoes to a cobbler in Harvard Square; he did a good job, but he charged over $ 75 to resole a pair of cap-toe oxfords. This place does a better job and for half the price. I’ve already brought two pairs of shoes here and they’ve come back looking as good as new. I will definitely be going back! Bring cash because they don’t accept credit cards.
