Love the food. Manager was busy one night and after standing at the counter for eight minutes he came out and told us our food would take at least twenty minutes. We left, of course. Also, they have the stupidest drive through procedures I’ve ever seen. First you pull up to one window. They take your payment, run up to the next window and charge you, then run back to the first window with your change. Then you drive to the second window they were just at and get your food. Why??? Needless to say, we NEVER drive through, and since that’s how we like to get our fast food, we rarely go there, which is a shame because we love jack in the box.

This was absolutely the worst hamburger I’ve had from a fast food place in a long time. I won’t be back and since when two hamburgers and some fries and some crummy coke cost almost $ 17 forget it goodbye

Okay, so yeah obviously you can’t expect much from a fast food place, but this could’ve been SOO much better. Overall, it sucked.
Customer Service: 1 STAR– the employees are lazy, rude, and stingy, and they seemed really dumb (maybe that’s why they work there) and didn’t answer or know most of their menus,
Food: 2 stars– It gave me food poisoning but the taste was overall meh.
Price: 1 star-​I got overcharged –_–

Typical fast food place but I have found this place to be skimpy on ingredients and sandwiches always look like have just been thrown together haphazardly. This place is only good at night say after midnight when you’re feeling snacky because it’s open 24 hours. If it’s business hours and you feel like a burger go ANYWHERE else. You won’t get your money’s worth here! Sad people don’t care about their customers. Gave it two stars instead of one because it’s open 24 hours and the nearby McDonald’s closes at midnight.
