I only like coffee in the form of ice blended mochas, and this place is the bomb for the ice blended mocha spin! It was one of the best mochas I have ever had! Just the right amount of coffee, yummy creamy chocolate gelato blended with just the right amount of ice so that it’s not too dilute. Yes, you heard me, they make their ice blended drinks with gelato which gives it such a rich wonderful texture. And the price was right, too! Actually cheaper in price than Starbucks and Peets and far superior in quality to them! Starbucks and Peets are watered down, overly syrupy sweet and made with cheap powder, while Eunice’s are made with the real thing: real gelato, real milk, and real coffee from scratch. No powders here! If you’re in the area, don’t waste your money on Starbucks when you can get the real thing here.
P. S. I don’t know anything about the sandwiches or baked goods here because I’m always craving only their ice blended drinks.

Cute place. Had a few of the bagel sandwiches (morning breaker and the blue). Both were delicious. Also had a triple mocha to keep me awake through the day ;) The employee and owner there at the time were both friendly. This is a great place to get a good bagel sandwich and of course coffee. Next time I will have to check out the gelato ice cream!!!

Went to this spot just off the incredible Unilocal reviews they have. All of you fools who wrote how amazing the sandwiches are here have NEVER been to Dirty Jersey or anywhere near NYC. I feel bad hating on this spot, because the dudes (brothers, I think) working the counter were the nicest people ever. That being said, this is a deli, and I went for a sandwich. I watched the meats come out from under the counter, pre-​cut, and pre-​rationed, Subway (the terrible chain) Style. I was panicking upon seeing that. When I got home to grub out, the roll was stale and the sandwich was bland. Not terrible, but not great. Either I went on a bad day, or all y’all Unilocalers giving this joint 5 stars for delicious mammies have only ever eaten 5 Dolla Footlongs.

This little café serves up sandwiches, both breakfast and lunch, a few salad options, coffee and gelato. Nice guys manning the counter, but sadly I wasn’t that impressed with the fare. Stale and not the best quality. The only saving grace is that they were pretty inexpensive as sandwiches in the bay area go (think $ 6).
The turkey was slimy and the bread was stale. I loved that you can add on veggies like lettuce, sprouts and onion and so forth but it doesn’t mask the not so good rest. I had post eating remorse where I honestly wish I didn’t eat it and saved my calories for something more delicious.
They sell a ton of breakfast sandwiches on bagels, coffee and gelato which I can’t speak to. I’d suggest come for breakfast and avoid the deli meats.

We tried the avocado cream cheese sandwich and a chicken salad with Swiss, both on sliced wheat, both were very good.

I came in with a huge order and they were speedy and accommodating. The gentleman working there was very nice and worked with a sense of urgency, which you don’t see at a lot of places.

Highly disappointed ! There is a form to place your sandwich order yet they still managed to get order wrong ?! I didn’t get sliced sourdough bread, no horseradish, or any sprouts! How do you mess the order up that bad? My avocado salad was a Greek salad with less than half an avocado on top! Service was courteous but I will pass on another visit!

I ordered the jalapeño bagel with cream cheese, sprouts, and spinach. It tasted the same as any other bagel most likely bc mine was simple. As for the sandwich, I got the specialty smoked turkey, avocado and garlic herb with everything on a dutch crunch. It tasted like a regular turkey sandwich that I could’ve made at home. Couldn’t taste the garlic herb. Service was friendly and fast. Maybe I came on the wrong day considering the reviews but most likely I won’t stop by again unless I’m in the area.

Cute little coffee shop that’s a little hard to notice off the street. I probably wouldn’t have come here if I didn’t see the good reviews on Unilocal.Very welcoming service and their coffee tastes very good. I ordered a small iced coffee which was comparable to a grande size (16 oz) at Starbucks for cheaper. Very clean and relatively quiet inside so it would be a nice place to study. However, I’m not sure if the wifi situation here.

The Pastrami and Swiss was delectable and fair priced, and the young woman at the counter provided excellent customer service.
If I hadn’t ordered the iced latte (it was pure crap) I would have given this place 4 stars.
This place is a good sandwich shop, but they should take café out of the name unless they plan on making better beverages.

What a great find! Excellent customer service and delicious sandwiches. The older gentlemen (I believe is the owner) was very patient and helpful.
I ordered an almond joy latte and the smoked ham, avocado and garlic herb sandwich on ciabatta bread. Both were very good I probably killed my half of the sandwich in 5 mins. I can’t wait to come back to try their other drinks and sandwiches!

Great little local mom and pop spot. We like to grab our sandwiches from this place for our picnics. They have a variety of unique and tasty sandwiches, offering such options as french brie or sundried tomatoes to name a few. Not to worry vegetarians, their options for you are just as tasty and creative. I should also mention they have a vast selection of premium chips! Oh, and the gelato! One word for it– AMAZAING… all at a very economical price.

Everything about Eunice is great! They have delicious sandwiches which you can pretty much build your own off of their menu. They also have breakfast bagels, grilled cheese sandwiches, paninis and salads. they’re coffee is delicious and way better than Starbucks. I always get the Yemen blend. They have a large selection of teas, gelato, bagels and breakfast muffins. The staff is friendly and is personable with almost every customer.
It can be crowded around the time school gets out. Service is generally fast, but if your in a rush– it’s probably best to call your order in first to make sure its done when you need it.
There is no credit card minimum or charge to use your card. Simply, amazing
