Pros: Having opened in 2014, everything here is shiny and new. They have ample cozy seating; this is more lounge-like than any Dunkin I’ve seen before. Staff is super friendly and they keep the place clean. Cons: This location caters mainly to people conducting business at the Capitol, so it’s open only during weekdays and is invisible from the outside of the building. If you are traveling downtown by car and not on foot: go somewhere else because this location isn’t worth the headache of parking. Visitors also have to go through security to access the building(read: remove your coat and sometimes jewelry, x-ray your belongings, and pass through a metal detector). I realize this isn’t Dunkin’s fault, but it does deter me from coming here sometimes even though I work downtown. So, leave your switchblade at home, or get your coffee elsewhere.
