Really turned off by this branch. I went in and needed to do a simple withdraw from my account. The teller was helpful and as she hands me the money she says to me that I only have one account with Bank of America and that I really should consider my future and open a saving account with Bank of America. I understand selling but that crossed the line. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Sorry Bank of America

I’ve been an overall happy B of A customer for over 20 years. Their home mortgage entity is the ideal lender if you enjoy spending weeks and hours talking to nice people in a national call center who have no authority to act and little comprehension outside their call scripts. It seems like the call center mission is to prevent customers from reaching anyone with knowledge or authority. Be prepared to file lawsuits and regulatory complaints. Good faith inquiries, politeness and cooperation are indicators of your weakness! haha :) Myself, I have been forced to file Federal complaints twice. Taken them to court in Colorado once. Currently — May 2016 — BofA still solicits my business and promises that this time it will be completely different, that they have a local person responsible, etc… I don’t believe it. Big dumb company. They will still be my last ditch option.

Seem helpful, but then very disappointing. My mother passed away and they seemed knowledgeable, but everything said and done at this branch had to be redone. If you need their notary be sure to ask if he brought his stamp before you go. They told me he was there, checked with him that he could do the form(their form), and assured me he would be there until closing. I even called back to confirm this before I left the house. He was there but without his stamp. They told me to go next door to a document shop that charges for notarizing. The shop was closed. Unhelpful. Unapologetic. I went to a different branch — much better experience.
