Coming here reminds me why I never come here. Crowded, filthy, and many people returning their drinks. My drink was«stolen» by someone because they are disorganized. 15 minutes to get an espresso. Workers are clumsy as they are cute, but not really working together. Not well stocked, they rarely if ever walk the customer area. Did I mention filthy?

Pretty average experience. I go to this Starbucks often and it is always an okay experience. 90% of the time the service is pretty slow. I guess that’s normal for this location? I recommend coming to this location if you are not in a rush.

This location is always very crowded and pretty small, usual time spent between getting in and out with your drink is like 20 minutes. They do not honor priority of mobile orders, in the end it’s the same as standing in the line, but without actual standing.

I have no idea with those people work here. I got 3 wrong drinks because the lady wrote 6p Caramel instead of «5 pump of vanilla with caramel.» My drinks are super sweet. I had to wait for a while to get new drinks and I don’t think I have enough time to wait. Sorry about that! Service and making money is not easy like that. It was my favorite place, no more!!!

My favorite Starbucks to go to in Alameda. They are open late and the baristas are all super nice, friendly, and accommodating. I can find a spot to study 9⁄10 times. While there can be a lot of high schoolers here on the week days, I can block out the noise with some headphones. My drinks are always great and so are the baked goods. If I could change one thing, I wish the tables were cleaned more frequently and that there were more outlets. But other than that, this is a cool spot to study at.

Jasmine is very rude and not friendly. I usually have a great experience at all my Starbucks but her attitude made it unpleasant

So went to SFO Starbucks the other day to grab a drink while picking up a friend. In between traveling with an 8 mo old and having to stop at SJO to grab he bags, I didn’t have the time to tell Starbucks or my friend they made my drink wrong. I dumped my cup and stuffed it in my bag and took it back to Alameda, two days later. Today! On Park where a women kindly re-made my drink without question. I totally appreciate it. Thank you Starbucks for your wonderful client service. Coco–

One of the most«un-third place» Starbucks I have visited in a long time. We were third in line. A couple, another young woman, and then us. We all places our order, mind you the young woman in front of us ordered a black coffee, and then we sat and waited. Three other customers came through and tell me how they got their drinks before our Frappuccino? When we finally received it, there was parts of the Frappuccino dripping down the cup, caramel sauce coming out of the top of the lid, and the barista provided no straw? Who does that? I would not recommend. Next time I am in the area I’m crossing the street to go to Peet’s

I’ve been to this Starbucks several times. I’m a patient at Kaiser and I spend a good deal of time at this location. Many of my visits here have been disappointing. Some of the staff at this location are rude. All I want… all I wish for is a cup of coffee not Impolite, discourteous, unmannerly and loutish behavior. I have another appointment next week. Maybe it’s time to get a letter off to the regional management. Maybe they can make some staff changes or maybe even some training? Peace.

Great customer service & good vibes. Every time I stop by this location, regardless of how many people are in line, the baristas are all smiles and pleasantness. The décor is very warm and inviting too — and right now, all dressed up for Christmas! It’s a fitting place to indulge in a hand-crafted beverage, satisfy your sweet tooth, and enjoy the music and people watch.

This place on a Friday night is simply overrun with teeny boppers. The staff are needlessly Loud/obnoxious hipster types. I came here to do some reading because they are open late. Clearly, Starfucks IS the new McDonald’s gig for High Schoolers. Never again!

Their coffee is good and so is their pastries. The location can make it overcrowded sometimes, the staff can be a bit callous and stingy when not tipped but, as a regular tipper, my service has always been good.

I have to say that every time I come in to this place I get more and more disappointed!!! They take so long and then after they take so long they still manage to get my drink WRONG. They are always having conversations with one another talking badly about their Coworkers! Lime who needs to hear that!

The. Slowest. Starbucks. Ever. One barista that should be doing register because she has no sense of urgency. There wasn’t even a line. But my latte took 10 minutes to make

This Starbucks boast the worst service ever. First of all, the kid in cargo shorts, the squinty sleepy eyes, and the annoying voice is the laziest mother f***** I’ve ever met at a starbucks. He ignores customers and would rather talk to other employees about what type of sandwich he should make for the day. He also works at a snail pace and thinks he owns the place. Second, there’s one new girl there that always gets on my nerves. Sometimes wears red lipstick, braces, braids, shaved one side of her head(she has a twin, equally annoying)… cannot hear her! She speaks in the lowest possible voice, is always jumpy, and has poor listenning skills. She didn’t put the order in for the customer in front of me once and another time she forgot my order. Then it takes her forever to punch it into their system! Every effing time! One time I came in, got a sandwich and waited at the first register, cause no one was there. Then she came along, looked at me in the eye, walked over to the second register and just stood there! She then proceeded to fiddle with her cap, sigh, and tapped her fingers on the counter. HELLOOOOOOO??? Are you ready to ring me up?! She could have said I’m ready to help you over here, BUTNO! I had to step up and ask her if she could ring me up. And she said«uh, yeah… I guess». WHAT!!! Why is she still working there! Both she and her sister are unprofessional in the workplace. They are either too aloof, goofing off, or having trouble doing their job.

I walked in and saw that this place was smaller than the usual Starbucks I go to. I went ahead in line and placed my order. They asked for my name and I clearly said AJ but the barista wrote down Angel. I waited for about 10 min for my drink. I looked around and there wasn’t really a place to sit down so I had to go outside and walk towards the bagel shop next door and sat down there.

I’m a huge Starbucks fan, but this location just stinks. I mean literally smells… like moldy, old building funk. The odor is so bad that It completely overpowers the smell of coffee beans, which I didn’t realize was possible. If my visit involves anything that resembles a line I about face and go to Peet’s across the street because I just can’t bear it. Not sure how people hang out here. Please.Starbucks.do.something. This location falls well below your standard. Ok, end rant.

I am pretty fair when I Unilocal reviews. Usually most Starbucks are the same. But not this one. If I were to pick one person from all the baristas at Starbucks, I’d want Dani as my friend. She was friendly, honest with recommendations, and an all around wonderful person to run into. I am set in my ways but she urged me to try something(s) new. The first treat, the clover, French Roast. Totally worth waiting for. Second, I wanted a sweet treat to top off the evening and she encouraged me to try the salted caramel bar; hit the spot where my sweet tooth sits and aches with every bite. Unfortunately the company tips fair. As they take the tips and splits it evenly amongst the crew at the end of every week. If I had it my way, I’d try to buy or tip the scale in Dani’s direction since she sets the bar high.

Veranda Blonde Tastes So Much Better On A Clover SITREP The morning after New Year’s Eve can be a HARSH one. So it should come as no surprise my need for a coffee-*jolt* is very pronounced at 9am on the 1st of the New Year. THESETUP Wandering the streets of Alameda(as my gracious hostess was still in her NYE-induced coma), I came upon the Starbucks @ Park & Central. [And to be honest, this was NOT totally random since I noticed this Starbucks across the street from Capone’s Speakeasy, where we enjoyed our NYE’s dancing & libations from the night before(see that NYE-related-review below) — it was just a matter of triangulating my location as pedestrian in this instance instead as a motorist the night before.] STEVEN! Probably one of the most hiLARious baristas I ever met and enjoyed chattin it up with, was Steven: He made the best Blonde Veranda clover I’ve had to date, and so I have to thank him for that New Year’s Day treat. THELOWDOWN A great time was had at the Alameda Starbucks!

Super Starbucks Fan here! I just wish they would open the seating arrangement more to allow for more places to sit. Only saying this because this is a very popular location with a high foot traffic from Park St. I am super stoked about their new ring-shaped wireless battery charger! It works fast and they will lend you one during your visit! I also like that they close a little later than the other location near where I live.
