This review is for the online store. I ordered a hat from them, black with orange logo. I was not impressed at all and unfortunately neither was the person who I bought the gift for. The quality for a hat was not what I expected especially for the price. The circle in the logo was lopsided!!! LOPSIDED, and the 3 circles in the logo were not perfect circles, they have a point on them. What is that?! crap, that’s what it is.
I emailed the website to let them know how upset I was and I received a nice email back but it was basically an email to tell me I needed to go out of my way to ship it back to them so they could send me another one. How about instead you inspect your product and the quality before you send it out.
Also, this hat was supposed to have a green under bill (one of the main reasons I chose this hat) I was told in the email that was a mistake and they were going to fix it. Excellent.
We kept the hat but it is not worn very often… soooo disappointing.
I was going to be ordering 3 more items for Christmas but at this point I will not. I cant trust this company will give me a quality product. I will though buy products like I do at shows and festivals when they are present.
Use caution ordering online… you basically will get something that looks like a knock off for way too much money.

It’s sad that this store will be gone in a month. I was told Del is turning this spot into an art gallery?
Whatever works, I’ll come and check it out if that happens.
P. S. Tell the rest of Hieroglyphics to open a physical store to sell your merchandise because the emporium online sucks!

Sweet pop-​up store in Alameda that is currently fronting a brand launched by Del the Funkeehomosapien, a rapper in the Hieroglyphics group. They have some real sweet, rare skate-​street ware; a lot of it designed by local designers and artists. Not only do they carry a rad inventory, but the people working there are super chill and friendly.
I will definitely be back.
