We ordered some flowers and balloons for my Mother-​in-​law for Mother’s Day, to be delivered on Friday before Mother’s Day, paid over $ 100. All that we requested was that the flowers be delivered in the morning so my Mother-​in-​law wouldn’t have to wait around all day or miss her afternoon appointment. When I called to put in the request I was told they would try to deliver them before 2:00pm but as of 4:30pm my Mother-​in-​law still does not have her flowers. If I’m going to spend that much money I would really appreciate it if they didn’t put us last on the delivery schedule. When I called at 3:21pm someone said they would try to see what they could do and call me back. I never got a call back and I could not be more upset at this companies lack of customer service. If she does not get her flowers today I am going to demand a full refund from this company.
I called and spoke to the manager Bruce, he is going to make it right by sending my Mother-​in-​law another bouquet of her favorite flowers. We thought we were getting in before the big Mothers Day rush by having these delivered on the Friday before but as Bruce explained it to me they were very, very busy. I can understand that and since they were willing to make this up to me I will absolutely order from them again in the future.

I come here once a month to buy my wife a bouquet. Every month I come away with a work of art. Amazing flowers, perfectly fresh, and beautifully arranged. I’ll keep coming here for as long as I can. Thank you!

I received a most thoughtful gift of flowers delivered to my door yesterday from Central Florist, and they are the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. My bouquet had gigantic peach colored roses, big bright sunflowers, Sweet William, lillies and more. Every flower is of the highest quality, as is the vase they came in. Just beautiful. I definitely plan to use them in future!

Wonderful people! They say they «always go the extra mile” – and they really do! I live on the East Coast and ordered a Mother’s Day plant for my mother, who lives in Alameda. I called and explained that she had been waiting in the front of her building for her delivery, and that her apartment was too far away from the front lobby for her to walk back. The person I spoke to tracked down the van, and collected the plant to deliver it personally to make sure that my mother would not have to wait too much longer. They are genuinely kind-​hearted people who go out of their way to make people happy. Highly recommend them!

Central Florist has some really nice people to work with. I came in on Christmas Eve day to buy something pretty, festive and quick! Everyone was buzzing around getting things done for their Christmas deadline yet they took a moment to doll up a lovely table centerpiece that I had picked out. Truthfully, it was lovely just as it was but they placed a few holiday dried floral items and a pinecone here and there… a ribbon… a bit of sparkle and Voile! A gift I was proud to give to someone very dear to me for their holiday table. Thank you Central Florist ;-D
