I tried to get these guys out again to do some additional work. Milo came out for a bid on a Saturday morning (which sucks for me), but after 4 calls and 3 texts notta. No return call, nothing. I am really happy about the prior work (why the three stars), but totally annoyed he wasted my time. Why do contractors do that? Isn’t most the work coming out and reviewing the project? Totally frustrating.

I’ve worked with these guys twice and each time they’ve exceeded my expectations.
I have had more than a few bad experiences with contractors so I am generally very paranoid and aggressive in watching and checking people’s work. I was all over these guys because the work they did would be very valuable to the aesthetic of our house and it had to be watertight. These Milo and his crew nailed it on each count.
In the process I’ve talked to them (he and his crew all are American and speak better english than me) and found that they’re good guys with a ton of experience and really care that the work is done well.
