This place has really gone down hill. Food takes forever. No drink refills No one checks on you. Tables, menus, and bathrooms are filthy. By the food does come sometimes the order is right. Sometimes not. If not better plan a stop at hamburger station or waiting another hour. Salad bar was half filled and dirty. This was second bad experience here. Won’t happen again. Plenty of other places to eat.

SCUM! Pizza Hut has gone down hill in the past few years but this one is awful. I used to enjoy getting their pizza and wings often but the past couple times I’ve ordered this it’s been down right disgusting. The cheese seems old and just not right. Everything else is a greasy mess. I have not ate there in probably close to a year and I will not even consider it. Every time I eat there the next day I feel sick and have vomited multiple times. It’s as if their food doesn’t digest right. I have multiple friends you experience the same thing. Basically I would rather eat something from the garbage can in my garage, same effect.

Worst pizza in Akron! I felt like delivery and not many pizza places deliver. Skip Pizza Hut and go to any locally owned establishment!

They’re pizza has gotten worse since 2005. It’s turned into a greasy, disgusting mess — well, most pizzas there are like that. There are a few that seem to be cooked differently or have a different recipe, such as the new Cheesy Bites Pizza (or whatever that’s called). I’d go for those instead of the other stomach-bulging messes they serve here.
