This place is the worst. Whoever works there at night must a junky, a stoner or a drunk. They routinely hang up on callers without answering, or they let the phone ring over and over.
We called on a Saturday night, I know that’s a busy time for these type of places, but come on! You don’t let the phone ring and ring and ring, you don’t answer then put people on hold for 10 to 15 minutes, then take the order but like never send it. Then deny you ever took the order, or say the system never saved the order when you clearly repeated the order. You don’t do any of that.
If you want very good food that delivers late on a Saturday night call Rizzis, they are MUCH better, their delivery is prompt and their food is excellent.
This place on the other hand will probably be shut down once the people who work there run out of crack money.

Despite all the bad reviews the food isn’t that bad and neither was the service the gyro is very good the mild chicken wings are very good and pizza is OK when you first walk into place kind of looks like a hole in the wall that’s the reason for the four star rating if it had a nicer interior it would be a 5 star

Ok, seriously. This place is the worst. Food is disgusting and greasy and they cannot get an order right to save their life. Hoping they go out of business soon so they can put something good in that spot.

The hummus appetizer for $ 2.49 comes in a salad dressing size portion cup, kind of an appetizer to an actual appetizer, so there’s that.
Wife says the philly cheesesteak was good on a prior visit, and their $ 5.99 Wednesday special for a large single topping pizza is a killer deal, and the pizza is pretty good as well.
Still keeping the four stars for the general quality and value.

Telephone service sucks & takes FOREVER to get delivered & I live right around the corner! Food is good but they make it hard to get to. Need more drivers & better trained people to answer the phone. I had to call 7 times just to get an answe!

Tried to order food close to closing time (before they were closed). Was answered on the phone by a rude gentlemen who told me they were already closed and hung up on me. Terrible service. Do not recommend.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have had many many many bad experiences. From over charging, to refusal of refund for food that they forgot to deliver me, to the delivery guy forgetting my food and then saying their going to go get it and bring it back and then never showing up and then being told no manager was there for 5 days in row. RUDE employees, will hang up on your if you have a problem, will put you on hold for 20 minutes and then when you call back will put you on hold again. LITERALLY everytime I call they tell me it is going to be a 2 hour delivery time… Just so you don’t order delivery. Then by the time you get your food it’s cold, old, soggy, dry. This is literally the worst place in Akron. THE WORST.

I had to create this establishment just so I could give this review. Worst service ever. I had to wait at the bar for over 10 minutes before my order was taken (I was the only person in the bar) the. When the employee finally came up, he was on his phone the entire time he was interacting with my party. It was disrespectful and showed a lack of integrity in the workplace
