Chili’s

My son loves going here for dinner at least once a month! He likes to get the endless chips and salsa for an appetizer and for his dinner he loves the chicken tenders. I generally get the chicken tenders with loaded mashed potatoes and the corn on the cob. The servers there are very friendly, have never had bad sercive there at all. The managers are always walking around and checking to make sure your dining experience is going well!!!

This is your typical chilis, I don’t stray far from the steak fajitas, anything else would be uncivilized ;)

i’m glad i didn’t pay for this food. i asked for Crispy Honey-​Chipotle Chicken Crispers® and somehow got Chipotle Chicken Flatbread w/​pineapple. how the F*CK does that even happen. so now i’m here working late eating a not very good appetizer instead of the dinner i’d asked for. if i’d ordered this and paid i would have taken it back and demanded a redo and more but work ordered it as a «perk» of working late and helping with a project tonight.
i’m pissed.

Pretty empty on a Tuesday after 9pm as expected. Did not expect an extra-​long wait for two burgers. Ordered one cooked medium– it was well-​done without any trace of pink.
Servers didn’t check on us. «Bottomless» drink refill was never offered.
Overall this was a pretty poorly served meal.
The restroom smelled like a porta-​potty. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Visited the Montrose Chili’s Friday evening around 6:30. Server was outstanding. I ordered the chicken and steak fajitas with the beans and rice. The normal price for fajitas was $ 12.49. However, if you choose steak or shrimp one dollar is added. Also, the beans and rice adds a one dollar charge as well. So, I am paying $ 14.49. I would not be upset with the extra charges if the food was adequate. It wasn’t. The rice was undercooked. There were only four small pieces of steak and four small pieces of chicken. There was only a slight amount of sour cream, shredded cheese and about a pinch of tomatoes to add to the self made fajitas. I will not be returning.

Wasn’t very impressed with the service. Waiter talked to fast and just didn’t seem to care my son and I were there. Only checked back once after we got our food. I feel like the stupid computer on the table for paying your bill takes away from the experience.
That being said and out of the way, the food was delicious and fulfilling. My son and I both got the chicken crispers. We also shared nachos and salsa for an appetizer. While the service wasn’t the best, I will return to visit another time and give it another chance.
Update: Went back for first time since last review, had a different server and she was excellent. Food was great as usual!

Much better than expected. Got the quesadilla, which was the perfect combo of mild to moderate spicy. My husband got the mix and match tacos, which were ‘okay’. Service above average. Pleasantly surprised.

Seating — Took me at first to an over-​sized table, then told me it was not clean yet. I waited for five minutes before they cleaned off a different table and took me over to it. Seats were severely bowed in from over use.
Cleanliness — Tables had a slight film on them from most likely a dirty rag, floor was dirty.
Beverages — There were dark particles in some of the Ice cubes of my water. They brought me a new glass (plastic mug) but the mug wasn’t very clean on the outside. Rum and coke was a good mix, but overpriced.
Food — The food tasted very good, but the presentation was horrible. Half of my pizza looked different from the other half. The other person I ate with ordered a pick three combo in which the tacos looked like the just tossed the ingredients on top of a tortilla. There was cheese and other food remnants around the plate instead of making it look clean. The means/​rice/​burrito platter had been mushed together and sloppily placed on the plate.
Overall — The taste of the food was the only redeeming quality of this location. Presentation and cleanliness were severely lacking. I’d be hesitant to return to this location after this experience.

Good service. Salad dressing was new to me and food tastes great here, I haven’t been back for 3 years. New payment system on the machines on the table.

I went for the ribs. Not that I think Chili’s as the place for ribs. They were ok. It’s Chilis.

We were there this afternoon with family and everything was wonderful. The food was amazing and the service was top notch!
We will definitely be back.

My family and I always have great meals at Chili’s and go there often! Love their chicken tacos, beans and corn, as well as their chips, salsa and mango iced tea — yum!

Hit or miss. Last time I was here, the service was awful. The manager comped half of our bill and we left disappointed and hungry. My salad had very greasy quesadillas and was very watery. Returned it and the quesadilla was still greasy. Had to use several napkins to absorb the grease.

Avoid at all costs unless your time isnt valuable. Popped in at 530 to see if there was a long wait, surprised we were told 10 minutes, so we parked and waited. A hour later, still no timeframe when we would be seated, even though when i arrived the lobby was near empty. As this was the third time this type of situation occurred, this is officially my last attempt at going to a any chilis, ever, unless im being paid an appearance fee to be there. Chilis… Please train ur peeps to know the diff between 10 min and an hour. And btw, your food is not worth an hour wait, 10 min yes, 60no. Tacobell drive thru is two min, costs half as much and is about as good

LOVE IT. Food was great. Ashley in the bar rocked. Just what we needed after walking out of crappy macaroni grill. Always makes you feel at home.

Seriously. I will eat here over any of those other chains any day of the week. TGIF, you suck. Applebees, I seriously can’t stand you guys. Friendly’s, please, please go and burn to the ground.
Chili’s is the equivalent of a tax-​dodger among convicted murderers. The place is still a chain and it’s food is nothing special, but at least it’s not murdering food like the other places.
Chilis has a nice atmosphere that isn’t screaming at you with terrible music or locking you up with obese people dipping fries into mayonnaise. The burgers are really decent and their margaritas do not suck.
I will return and I will even enjoy it.

New fans of Chili’s…Excellent food… havn’t had anything here that we don’t like! Keep up the good work~~

I love the Montrose Chili’s! Great atmosphere, great specials, TONS of food for a great price! Very attentive service, and they are sooooo great for families with children! We have taken our 3 kids under 6 there several times, and it is about the only restaurant that we WILL take them to, since the seats are roomy, the servers are kind and patient, and it has a cozy feel since the dining room is broken up into sections. This is important because my one son has autism, and it can be overwhelming for him at say, Red Lobster. Their children’s portions are out of this world, and cost about the same as a happy meal! Love it!!!
