I’ve been living here since June 2012 and I must say I’m very satisfied. Management is responsive, relatively quiet despite the close proximity to the bars, my apartment is very homey and comfortable. Having two (2!) pools is a big bonus in the summer, and the proximity to the Towpath, bars/restaurants, downtown and Summit Mall is nice. Love having a balcony, too, and rent is pretty reasonable. Definitely a great place for 20/30-somethings to live.
Also, I have a huge bedroom and a spacious walk-in closet, which is AWESOME.
