Tire Rama

If you know anything about cars, by all means, get a set of tires, as long as you’re comfortable supporting a company with questionable business practices.
If you don’t know anything about cars, DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE. The technicians intentionally prey on the uniformed.
I got my oil changed recently at this business (hey, I have limited space and a busy schedule). Upon having my oil changed, the nice man at the counter informed me that I would need a new air filter and my serpentine belt had «quite a few cracks in it». I denied the belt change as I knew I could do it myself far cheaper. Assuming they weren’t entirely corrupt, I picked up a new belt on my way home. When I swapped the belts out, I realized that there wasn’t even A crack in it, let alone quite a few.
I’m a female. A moderately attractive one. That doesn’t mean I’m naïve the the inner workings of a car, but thank you Airway Heights TireRama for assuming that I’m an idiot and seeing a way to bully a young customer into purchasing an unnecessary service. You guys? You guys are assholes.

Been to this location several times and never had a problem with any of the work done. Customer service is good and they actually call when work is done. Fairly quick servicing as well. Prices are competitive with other tire shops in town (yeah all tires are expensive now, no matter what you drive) Id choose tire rama over les Schwab any day.

Went here after my regular shop couldn’t get me in as soon as I would have liked for an alignment. Almost immediately I was getting a call that my alignment was really a $ 1000 job due to me needing all ball joints (upper and lower) replaced on my truck. My truck is immaculate and serviced regularly. All it needed was an alignment! I took it straight to my normal shop they put my truck on the rack, inspected, and they actually called Tire Rama and called them out on trying to rip me off! They had no explanation. Never EVER go here!

I bought 4 brand new cooper discovery tires and they were great. How ever I asked them to flush my heater core. And when I got the bill it showed that they used 6 quarts of antifreeze to flush it what idiot uses antifreeze instead of water. 6 something a quart. Then you go in to get tired rotated and the make you wait 30 – 45 minutes a job that should take 5 minutes. Their estimates are way out of the ball park. To replace a ball joint 900 dollars. I had the whole front end done somewhere else for 1000. I would not recommend tire Rama to anyone. My sister had a nightmare experience with them and I had forgot about it. I guess that’s on me but I can help others.

I had been going here for about 4 years, and thought the service was fair, even though I had gotten a lot of warnings from people not to go there. Over the years, I had some issues with calling to make an appt and being told you don’t need an appt, only to show up and be told they were too busy to help me. Other times I’d take my car in for an oil change and tell them «if something else needs to be done, just call me and I’ll say yes or no». Then I’d show up later to pick up the car and be told I needed a new air filter and to bring it back next week.
All that was ‘meh’. A couple months ago I scheduled an appt to have a repair on my car. I told the guy to make sure he ordered the part. When I showed up for the appt they hadn’t ordered the part and told me to come back in a week. They never called or anything. About a week ago I thought I’d give them another chance by having them take my snow tires off. When I picked up my car, it was making a LOUD metal scraping sound. I don’t know how they didn’t hear this. They had bent the dust shield when putting on the tires and it was rubbing against the tire. I had to come to work on Monday so they could fix it. They never made any of this right, just said «my bad».
Never again.

Amazing customer service, excellent prices. I have been going to these guys for the past 4 years & I am so lucky I found them. I’ve compared every job that they’ve done with friends and aol auto repair, and they always charge less, they do an awesome job & QUICK! Wonderful shop.
