McDonald’s

Today I wasn’t sure whether to be angry or just laugh. I tried the mozzarella sticks today for the first time. There was plenty of stick but in still looking for the mozzarella. Additionally, the nuggets were dry and seemed old. I know it’s fast food but I did expect better quality. It is after all something that is paid for. Normally this location is good. Maybe just an off day or maybe the mozzarella socks are just not good. Hard to say.

Went to the store to get breakfast
My daughter is in town and loves their deluxe breakfast,
We went at around 12 noon and discovered that their «All day Breakfast» was only sandwiches and muffins
What a disappointment, they shouldn’t advertise all day Breakfast and not include «Limited varieties» in their ad
Poor advertising.
We also went back the next day on Wednesday morning to get the breakfast and the yard men were cleaning in their yard. The yard man that was blowing the rubbish did not give any consideration for the people lined up in the drive-​through and was blowing the rubbish right under their cars and onto their cars
I actually had to roll my window up to prevent the rubbish and dust from entering into my car
I reported it to the manager, which she said she would take care of it, and yet the following week the same thing happened when we went on that Wednesday morning through the drive thru. Again I reported it to the manager and she said she would go and talk to the yardmen
I would advise not to go to the drive-​through on Wednesday mornings because they will blow the rubbish all over your car

Just got an eggshell in my Egg McMuffin. Otherwise speedy service and everything else was ok.

Today I went to order a Big Mac and 2 hash browns but the cashier said no breakfast finish its better to go order at the other McDonalds they don’t follow their all day breakfast sign never ordering from here again

Used the drive-​thru to pick up an afternoon snack. The drive-​thru line was backed up; they really need a two-​lane drive thru. However, the most disturbing aspect of our visit is that there were many, many, many lizard droppings all over the digital order screen. It was HIGHLY unappetizing. It would help if McDonald’s could wipe that screen once a day. Just thinking about it now makes me want to throw up.

This the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The parking lot is always clean for the most part. And the parking lot is well designed. And it is wide enough to handle a busy traffic. The plants are well manicured. I am amazed that this location is not much busier than other locations.
On to the most important, the food. The Quarter Pounder was well made and delicious. I have had the Third Pounder but needed to make my meal smaller for a later big dinner. The Third Pounder is much, much better. Unfortunately it is only available for a limited time only. If they had more variety by making the Third Pounder available at all times along with the McRib and McTerry sandwich and bring back the original McNuggets with dark meat in the recipe, I would give this restaurant a five star rating.
The customer service here is quite friendly. The guy even suggested that I could simply upgrade my order to the complete meal since I was already ordering certain items! That shows care and attention to the customer’s needs. This is the first time I have had that happen.
The dining facility not surprisingly is clean. The tables, floors and dispenser area are the best kept in fast food. This is the best kept secret in Aiea!

Ordered 2 large Oreo Mcflurrys and I got 2 cups with icecream and Oreo crumbs on top not even mixed in.

Hey… its McDonald’s! What can one say? I personally think any place on this island that presents me with a perfectly fried Taro Pie is awesome! They did that… so I’m singin’ happy songs! Seriously… quick, painless and friendly staff… love it! I like people that have fun on the job and they do at this location. Thanks!
My only heartburn with this location is getting to it. It’s located in an odd spot when trying to get to it from the other side of the road so you must get creative. A lot of work for a Taro Pie attack! But it has to be done!

it’s kind of nice to be at least a semi-​regular at a McDonald’s. Those who recognize you make sure you don’t get fries that were sitting for too long and don’t make faces when you ask for salt and pepper. Certainly there are more frequent customers who always seem to be there every time I go — but they aren’t scary and smile and wave at me when they see me. While the McDonald’s food is generally constant in taste across the country, the facilities vary substantially. This location has lots of parking and a decent sized dining area so there is ample space to park your car and yourself to, say, read the Sunday newspaper over an Egg McMuffin. The men’s restroom is usually decently clean and appears to be checked regularly. Don’t know first-​hand but I assume the same is true of the women’s one.

Management need to train thier staff with proper customer service. The young «girl» that was working drive-​thru taking my order was very unprofessional. First off, she did not greet us and she made its wait there for 2 minutes. (there were no other customers in line in front of us). Second, she did not ask us for any options such as, super size and the type of sauce. Third, upon paying she did not say a word at all. She took my card and just have it back.
Teach your people’s McDonald’s!!!

Beware of the cashier at the drive thru! Gave her a $ 20 and was supposed to get $ 16.50 back and she only gave me $ 6.50. Had to argue with the manager to get a $ 10 back. Little thief! As I was counting my change I pulled up a little. I was going to reverse immediately, but there was someone else behind me. So instead I go to the pick up window where the manager stated that the cashier gave me my correct change… yeah right.
Besides that at least the fries were crispy… but I’d never come back to this McDonald’s again.

Cheap and fast, McDonald food has benefit on me because sometime i don’t have much time. plus since McDonald is such a large corp that food cost is blows everyone else. they have so many items on $ 1 menu that you can get the full meal plus desert for less then $ 5.
I know people say McDonald is bad and it’s not healthy but i think if you eat it to moderation it’s not so bad, don’t eat it everyday for 1 year straight.
i like this McDonald because they also carry $ 1 dollar drink any size, which is cheaper then anywhere else, what make it best is that McDonald fruit punch is the best fruit punch of all the fruit punch.
over all, I’m loving it.

With tax they were told me my total was $ 4.58?
They changed my order into a meal. I had to talk to the girl at the window for a minute before she changed my order back the way I ordered it.
$ 3.45.
I wonder how many other people they do this do that aren’t paying attention.

I am a big Dollarmenuaire. Everytime I go to any MccyDees, most of the time I order from the Dollar menu. My combo is a McChicken, McDouble, small fries, and small drink. Sometimes it gets changed up once in a while. This location has self serve soda dispensers. They have a decent amount of dine in table and seating areas inside the restaurant. This is actually a really good location for a drive thru location because it’s on the main road of Kam Highway. The gap between the drive thru location and parking area is really wide so there is plenty of space to drive around the area. The location is also really convenient which is across from Anna Millers, Pearlridge Shopping Center, Pearl Kai Shopping Center, the watercress farm, and other supporting businesses around there. The staff and customer service is good in store and through the drive thru. This location is also a good convenient pitstop to go to for Firestone customers getting their cars fixed and waiting for their appointments if they don’t wait to go too far to wait.

I really enjoyed the oldies Muzak playing. I sat down for a morning cup of coffee while I waited for my car to be serviced. I was entertained by other customers singing along. HAHAHA!
Of course, free refills, but the coffee was very good.
The restroom was spotless. The staff was very cute, always speaking Philipino… However, not so nice, since I don’t understand a word.

Found this new for me McDonalds when I went looking for the one in Pearl Kai that’s now a Chili’s. I was looking for their free wi-​fi to check the loads for my return flight back to Phoenix. While I was there I got a Mocha Latte. I was tickled to see all the Filipino girls working there all with matching fresh red Hibiscus flowers in their hair. I loved it. They were friendly and talkative while getting orders too. So different from mainland McDonalds.

This Mcdonalds is very convenient as you make your way down Kam Hwy. It’s right before the Pearl Kai shopping center. The drive thru moves pretty fast… but make sure you check your order. I have a had a few occasions of missing food. I was not happy.
Overall, customer service here is not so great. The workers are ok but the managers are unfriendly and unhelpful. The food is fresh and hot though which is what keeps me coming back, besides convenience.
If you go in the morning, be prepared. The seniors overtake the place and hang out so there’s very few places to sit at to enjoy your breakfast.
Overall, better than most Mcdonalds I’ve been too.
