I don’t even know where to start! Don’t come here unless you like being lied to, taken advantage of, and treated like a complete fool. Horrible customer service and horrible quality of diamonds! Hubby got my ring here and went to get it reset a month later, when we left it they called to inform us the diamond had a crack «just letting us know» before they set it! We got the diamond there!!! After two weeks of trying to get ahold of the manger or owner they finally decided to replaced it with a brand new. We took it to get appraised only to find out it was grades below the color and clarity originally bought. They claimed to miss placed the original receipt and asked for a copy to make sure! They only have time to take my ring and replace it when it is convenient to the owners time and not customer! Horrible place save your money and time

— ripped off people
— they dont give any report of the jewelries your buying
–won’t tell you that the jewelries you are buying is Clarity enhanced unless you go to a CERTIFIED appraiser because their motive is to fool and take advantage with the customers
— talking shit about their competitors so that you won’t got to some jewelry shop
— inshort, they’re selling CRAP!
