Came in today after another hairdresser completely botched my highlights. Patti saved the day. She is fantastic and I am so grateful I found her. She’s also super sweet and has a great energy.

My Mom and I have been coming to Jodi for many years. She loves what she does and she is so talented. I know that I am going to get a great cut and color when I go in. Jodi has watched me grow up and is apart of our family now. She even came to my Mom’s funeral.

I had purchased a two conejo deal certificates for cut and blow dry wtih Lawrence at this salon. We used one and were very happy with the service. I was a little late booking the second one and Lawrence kindly extended the offer. A few days before my appointment Pam from the front desk of the salon called me to let me know that Lawrence had left the salon, but that another experienced stylist named Ferie would be honoring his conejo deals. At first I was concerned, but then I decided to go with it. I had to reschedule the appointment, and Pam changed the appointment for me without any hesitation. When my appointment time came I was stuck in traffic. I called in to see if I should reschedule or if Ferie could still see me, and just as before Pam was as professional and polite as ever. She checked for conflicts and told me to drive safely and head in. I fully expected both Pam and the stylist Ferie to treat me poorly for my late arrival, but neither of them did. They welcomed me to the salon. Ferie gave me an awesome cut. Her cuts were measured and precise. Then she proceeded to give me a fabulous blow-​out. I would highly recommend this salon because of Ferie’s fine work and Pam’s excellent attitude. So many salons have less than welcoming people at the front desk, that is not the case here. Well done! I will be back!

Lovely salon… a peaceful oasis where Nan does a fabulous job with my color, cut and highlights. Never been better!

Nan, the owner, has been my hair stylist for about 25 years! I am blonde and she does an amazing job on my color! I am complimented a lot on her work (which makes me very happy!). Blonde is kind of tricky and people say Nan’s touch looks really natural. She also gives a great haircut and blowdry! I have also been a client of Linda Klauss, Mariabella’s esthetician, for many years. I go to Linda for eyebrow waxing and tinting and eyelash tinting. Her shaping and color skills are great and her work is very precise. I can’t say enough about these lovely ladies! The shop is very intimate, clean, stylish and inviting. I leave with a smile every time!

This is the 3^rd time I have had my hair done by owner Nan and each time I leave there I’m thrilled! Her talent and the the friendly ambiance is why she has a loyal following. The color, cut & highlights are the best! Be sure to check out this gem tucked away in Agoura Hills!

Run, run, run away! I bought a Groupon for my daughter with Christine Miller and I am so disappointed. My daughter made an appointment because she had a bridal shower and on the way to the salon, Christine calls trying to reschedule because she was busy! My daughter told her she had to come but returned several hours later. While my daughter waited, another client was waiting to be «fixed» by the owner and warned my daughter not to go. My daughter decided against a cut (thank goodness) but got partial highlights, which look like a 15 year old did them. My daughter didnt even stay for a blow dry. So the highlights ended up costing much more, because she had to buy more product to cover over the skunk stripes.
Allowing independent contractors offer Groupon’s is very tricky business because at the end of the day, the results impact the salon’s reputation. This was bad business!

I had my hair done by Christine Miller. She didn’t get my color close enough to my scalp and it already looks like I need it done again. She also cut it too short. I thought she was nice, but she really didn’t do a good job at all.

Jason just did wonders with my hair! I have super thick long hair and many stylists do not know what to do with it. Jason gave me an amazing haircut and gave me all the right layers. I love the blow out he gave me and so did everyone else! I got so many complements on how healthy and beautiful my hair looks now. I am so happy I decided to take the recommendation to get my hair done at Mariabella. He did an absolutely beautiful job on both of us. Thank you!

Talk about not communicating/​miss communication… WOW! I have had many, many haircuts in my life. I had a haircut with Jason the first time that was wonderful he listened, he even had a couple of suggestions. I decided to return just a month later as we were going out of town for a few weeks and I knew a haircut would be needed. I was so happy with Jason the first time I went back for a repeat performance. All I asked was «could we layer the back a bit more». Not once did I say cut it shorter. I did not want to go into the colder weather season with short hair. I have been trying to let it grow out from SHORT! Well guess what it is short and I’m not happy. But I must take responsibility as I guess I did not communicate well enough.
Hair salons should work up a cheat sheet so to speak. For example layers mean this, long layers mean this, what does stacked mean. Terminology that most of the general public doesn’t know. Don’t ask me if I want a ¼ inch taken off show me how much that is.
Once again I do not blame Jason in the least. I would recommend him to friends just do better than I did with communicating what you want.
By the way the salon is beautiful, clean, well organized and a very helpful receptionist.

Maria Bella is amazing… Miki Tractenberg has been doing my hair 10 years. Love, love, love her. Cuts, color, up-do’s, chemical straightening, extensions, you name it she can do it and she’s reasonably priced. Go see her! You won’t be disappointed. The salon is beautiful and inviting as well… :)

I’ve been going to Miki Tractenberg every week for ten years and would never go anywhere else. She’s the fastest blow dry you’ll ever find — I’m in and out of there in 15 minutes … Forget those blow dry bars that take three times as long! She’s fun, super nice and incredibly knowledgeable about anything having to do with hair. She’s an absolute «must visit!» (805−331−0258)

Maria Bella is hands down the best salon I’ve been to. I have been going since it opened. I’ve gone to Nan and Linda for years. Linda gives the most amazing facials and does the best eye brows. Nan is also amazing. I always love all the hair cuts she gives me and constantly get compliments. She has the eye to make you feel beautiful. More recently, I have also been going to Jason for about the past year or so for my hair as well. Jason is also amazing. He is really good at color, extensions, and styling. I highly recommend Maria Bella for all your beauty needs!

This salon in Agoura Hills is as good as anything in Beverly Hills or NYC, only better because there’s no attitude. All the stylists are friendly and talented.
I found the place while searching for another salon, tried it and will now never go anywhere else.
