Guess what? All it takes to make a great sandwich is to use fresh ingredients in the right combination. Okay, maybe there’s more to it. Reasonable prices, good service. Bonus; don’t have to make all the decisions as you do at Subway.

Lucky they even received 1 star from me… Yes it’s about the food but most importantly the whole package. Today I met a friend for lunch. We sat down at one end of the long table enjoying our lunch. Half way through our lunch one of the people working there comes with a reserved sign for the whole table at 12:15 meanwhile we arrived at 12. She approached us and said she would help us move to another table !!! Another table… Really ??? If they knew there was a reservation for that table when we got there they should have addressed it when we were paying !!! Not even a I’ll give you a coffee on the house or anything for your inconvenience !!! I asked to speak to a manager but so convenient they weren’t there… Best part was I have eaten there plenty of times and knew the gentleman I was about to approach was either a manager but even better he was the owner(mind you with his tail between his legs) having everyone else do the dirty work !!! His explanation to me was«well everyone needs to pay a mortgage» He’s absolutely right, however he wouldn’t be able to pay his mortgage if he didn’t have any customers because of his non professional horrible pompous attitude. I don’t care how the food is I will NEVER go back or refer anyone to this establishment

Great casual«deli» with sandwiches, pastas salads and a cute wine and cheese shop next door.

The Ellen’s Special panini(turkey & ham, goat cheese, fig jam, garlic aioli) is a delicious combination of flavors… You will love it! Friends also ordered the Lamb sandwich and the Beet salad, all of which were enjoyed. The atmosphere is cute and Blue Table also sells wines & cheeses.

Laid back, relaxed wine and cheese bar with a very good, modern deli right next door. Wifey didn’t like the pizza — pronounced it too gooey, cheesy, with a less than optimal crust — but the cheese offerings are very, very good(French/Californian/Spanish), as are the wines by the glass. Nice local crowd too. Will definitely be on our list for return visits!

Loved this place the moment we walked in. A cozy, beautiful little place. The menu looked delicious and the ready made salads and pastas in the display looked fabulous. I wanted to order everything. The gentleman who took our order was terrific. He told us customer favorites and he told us how favorite in great enthusiasm and detail. I ordered the Ellen. My young daughter ordered the Watermelon and Cucumber salad and my husband ordered the

The absolute best sandwich I have ever had and it happened to be vegan, yes no meat or cheese! The staff was beyond pleasant. Thanks Danni and rest of Blue Table staff for such an awesome experience.

We recently discovered blue table and we totally love it. It’s a great place to go for food and wine. Really delicious food, I get the tuna salad and it’s great! We want to try going on a Wednesday when there is live music. Definitely recommend

I’m a longtime fan of the original Blue Table location in Calabasas, and just got around to trying their Agoura location yesterday for a late lunch. I wasn’t disappointed! I actually think I like this location a tiny bit better than the Calabasas one — it’s almost double the size, and the extra kitchen space makes room for a bigger menu and more offerings, which I greatly appreciate. I wound up ordering the quiche(the Calabasas location never has quiches!) and their avocado chicken salad(always a favorite). Both were very fresh and hit the spot. I also love that they have a connecting wine/cheese bar next door — I’ll definitely stop by one day to split a cheese plate with a friend. Parking is a breeze, and Whizin’s is an adorable little shopping center(I treated myself to peach brandy gelato for dessert from Tifa a few doors down and then went antique shopping at the various antique shops a short walk away — it’s a great place to spend a day off). I’ll definitely return!

Blue Table definitely has an upscale vibe, especially with the wine and cheese shop right next door. They have a wide selection of pre-made entrees and side dishes that look incredible. I’ve been here many, many times and can’t get away from my favorite dishes: 1) Prosciutto and Burrata Sandwich($ 10.99): If you like prosciutto, mozzarella, and basil, you’ll like this. It’s a crunchy panini, not a sandwich. Definitely my favorite. It’s a little bit on the small side, so I would recommend getting one of their pre-made side dishes. 2) Steak Sandwich($ 11.99): It has a good portion of medium to medium-rare meat with caramelized onions, mushrooms, and chimichurri. It’s good, but the chimichurri can be overpowering. 3) Grilled Chicken Breast Salad($ 8.99): It’s a decent sized chicken breast with lots of crunchy, leafy veggies. The Parmigiano Reggiano is a nice touch. Overall, a refreshing salad. The food is always consistent, albeit very pricey for the portions. For most of the menu items, a side dish, and a beverage, you’re looking at $ 20 collectively. Lastly, I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my fresh food, which is also a plus.

Larger than the Calabasas location, and a little more happening. Separate cheese shop gave me a lot to think about while dining. Casual, upscale, and rustic. I think after dining here, I like the Calabasas location better. 1. Chicken Salad Sandwich($ 8.99) — Served on a wheat panini bread with sprouts and tomato. The chicken salad looked amazing in the salad case, displayed with other tasty looking numbers. But, way too much mayo, and when I asked if it was served on wheat bread, I was told yes only to have it on panini bread. No bueno at all. Ate half, and left it. Served with a small salad, so for $ 8.99, it was well priced.(2.5 stars) 2. Chicken Pesto Panini($ 9.99) — Grilled chicken breast, provolone, avocado, tomato & fresh basil pesto. Now this, my friends, is a sandwich that’s worthy to write about. It’s what dreams are made of. The butterflied fresh chicken breast(not day old either), made it.(4.5 stars) Why would you come here with Woodranch next door? It’s a 3.5 rounded up. I won’t go running back here, but I am not opposed to it either.

My bf already had Blue Table in mind for a quick lunch stop on our way to Malibu Winery. Apparently he used to come here back when he worked in the area. Since we were in a rush, we decided to just share a sandwich and ordered the Italian sub. After we ordered, we check out the sides on display is the next counter and added the quiche. What I liked was that they were nice and put the split sandwich on two plates for us. In addition, both the sandwich and quiche come with a small side mixed greens salad. Tastewise, I thought the Italian sub was pretty good, I liked the bit of pesto(?) sauce in it, added some flavor. Only thing was that the bread was kind of hard which made it somewhat difficult to chew especially since we were in a rush. The quiche was quite good. In addition, the staff in the front was fairly young but they were all«professional», meaning they did their job well. They were friendly, cleared tables quickly, etc. I can see why my bf likes this place.

Great place for sandwiches and salads in a casual, French country décor place. I like the chicken sausage and beet salad with goat cheese and candied walnut. Would come back to check out their paninis. After you order, wait over 10 min for your food.

Fresh and delicious. The paninis come with a side salad. It was a little hard to find from the street, but I’m not familiar with the area. Outdoor seating — Yes

I came here after a hike in Malibu on a Friday morning. I was dirty, tired and sore from the strenuous hike and this place provided the perfect amount of comfort, charm and tasty nutritious food! I love trying cute little mom and pop cafes, which is what initially drew me to this place. It definitely didn’t disappoint. I had a chicken sandwich and fresh«field of greens» salad paired with a cream soda. The sandwich portions are pretty large and I was only able to finish half for lunch. We sat by the window where there was tons of light and used these wonderful throw pillows to rest our backs on. My friend got a pastrami salad and house made sangria from the bar(where they’ve got wine, cocktails and tons of different cheeses to pair with). She kept commented on how great everything was. I wanted to try dessert, but I was just too full. They have cookies and chocolate and other assorted sweet things. Next time, for sure!

I heard of this place by word of mouth. I just love to talk about food! As soon as I was told about this restaurant I bookmarked it and could not wait to give it a try. Super cute place. Small inside but so cozy and intimate. I was in awe of their menu. Salads, sandwiches, soups, pizza, deli items, coffee, desserts and so much more! A wine bar. Happy hour from 2 – 6, 6 days a week. Live music on Wednesdays. Yes! Only a few employees. The young man at the front counter was helping another customer. The gentlemen in the back preparing food glanced over at me casually as I was ready to order, took my order from the back counter. Which I appreciated. I feel like a little more attention to customers was needed and making customers feel welcome and thanking them for visiting was missing. But that will not keep me from going back. I can’t wait to return. So I had the beet salad with goat cheese and roasted pecans. Yum! So good and good portion size. The dressing was served on the side and it was light and tangy. I was missing a small pice of bread though. It would of made my meal even better. I also ordered a small size red quinoa salad and Brussel sprouts. With dishes like this I just may turn vegetarian. Just kidding. So by word of mouth I hear the spicy calabrese is pretty delicious. My co worker had the caprese panini and she loved it. Blue table also offers catering.

I’ve haven’t tried any of the sandwiches yet, but I did pick up some of their CHICKENAPPLESAUSAGEWITHCHIMICHURRI from the deli case to supplement my lunch. The sliced sausage is cold and tossed in the chimichurri made with olive oil, Italian parsley, red bell pepper, red wine vinegar and garlic. I thought it was a bit on the light side and would have liked more garlic, but it wasn’t bad. Will update when I try more.

Lots of different yummies to choose from. Yesterday I had the chicken sandwich and changed out the roasted peppers for sun dried tomatoes. The sandwich was good, the chicken was tender. The side salad was BORING to the max!!! Today I split a Napoli pizza and I had Brussels sprouts and chicken sausage. I get my sides warmed up which the staff is more than willing to do. Everything was delicious. The crust in the pizza was perfect. Service is good not great. Food is solid, really good but doesn’t blow my mind. For a lunch option it is 4 star worthy. Beware that seating is kind of limited so if you come during the lunch rush you might have to wait for a seat.

So far so good. I came here on a Saturday for lunch. I didn’t even realize that they have two separate areas. One mostly just food and the other the wine bar area. I ended up getting the Ellen Special: $ 9.99– Turkey, ham, goat cheese, fig-onion jam, & garlic aioli. I really enjoyed the flavors on this one! Such a great combination, each equally distributed. As many mentioned that the lamb is out, seems to be ALWAYS out. It was when we came here. I think they should take it either off the menu or order more? Something, because doesn’t seem right as many people come disappointed. The staff was friendly, a little busy, maybe short staffed? I tried so many times to get a box and neither was paying attention(eventually they did and I got my box). But overall, either way I will definitely come back here and maybe try out the bar area. Note that it is best to park on the main lot and not the back, much more space.
