All my coffee runs have been(for the most part) pleasant. Really don’t like that entrance from Beltline, it’s quite busy and you’ll have to fight your way in to the drive thru… Usually order the white chocolate latte or caramel macchiato. Good stuff and decently quick service.

I decided not to visit this location anymore because the service is SOSO slow but after 3 months I decided to try it again and as I write this I have been waiting for 25 minutes. Never again will I be back. There’s never even an apology for the wait. Save yourself the time and visit the location at Beltline and 635. There’s no drive through there but worth going in. They are amazing.

Slowest Starbucks in the country. You’ll get served faster if you drive past this to the next Starbucks.

The drive through is a disaster most of the day its packed and you can wait for half an hour just for a cup of coffee. It’s better to pull over and get in, way more quicker.

I love Starbucks and frequent many locations. It’s a Starbucks so it is all about consistency and this one is no exception, I go in knowing what I will get. The only issue I ever have at this location is that the charge for every drink modification. Most Starbucks overlook adding some sprinkles, whip cream, or swapping syrup flavors. Here I always seem to get dinged 50 cents here, 50 cents there. Guess that is just the way they roll. Oh and if you plan on using the drive through in the morning, it’s crazy! But there are plenty of other reviews on that topic.

ALWAYSBUSY! But it’s my home Starbucks here in Addison. I have to order from my Starbucks app ahead of time, so that when I get there my drink is ready. That’s how busy it is in the AM during the weekdays.

I understand that it’s early and everyone is just waking up and might be a little sleepy or grumpy. But if you work at Starbucks, you know what you signed up for. The wait is terrible here. I had to wait for my simple brewed coffee for about 10 minutes and then another 5 minutes because they got my drink wrong! I’m not the type of person that gets mad the first, second time. But this happens all the time at this location. Terrible service.

We come to this location pretty often and the service we get EVERYSINGLETIME is amazing. We’ve never had a bad experience and the employees are always happy and super sweet. We love coming to this location, definitely recommend it. Oh yeah and they have a drive through for when you can’t hang out!

I’m a huge Starbucks fan and this is my preferred location. Yes, the drive through sucks and the cars back up in the street. Yes, the parking lot is poorly planned, not contemplating a drive-thru or the number of cars parked at any one time. I park at the adjoining lot and take the short walk over. The line inside is generally pretty short and the ordering process is pretty quick. The staff is friendly and this location has more employees than I’ve ever seen at any other location. If I’m in a hurry, I’ll place an online order and my drink is ready when I arrive. Feedback for improvement would go toward inconsistent acknowledgement of my online order when I arrive. It can be difficult getting someone’s attention! I have had to stand in the ordering line more than once to pick up my waiting beverage.

Not kidding. Waiting on the drive thru line for 30 mins on Sunday afternoon. The inside doesn’t look that busy… but somehow it takes 5 mins for each car goes through. Giving three stars because they provided the coffee for free but coffee tasted pretty bad and not hot enough…

Terrible location. The parking lot is a nightmare. The drive thru line is always wrapped around the building(hence why parking is awful). And you would think service might be faster if you order inside, but sadly that was not the case. I’ve been back later in the morning like 11 am and I’ve waited just as long for my coffee as I do when I get it early in the morning. The products themselves from this Starbucks are great but this location sadly is a headache

I always have a great experience here. Ok ok the drive through is kinda weird. But i think it goes fast. Bee is always at the window and shes always so cheery and sweet. Im giving 5 stars based off how friendly everyone is at this location. Especially bee!

Beyond the horrible parking at this location offers and confusing drive thru today they have run out of graham cracker crumbs for their signature S’mores Frappuccino which is similar to having a birthday cake with no icing. All this means is Starbucks lost a sale and I’ve got to find something sweet to drink someplace else.

Awesome, I thought. It’s open late; I can go in, get some coffee, and do some work. Only problem is that it’s freezing cold in here. It’s 89 outside. I asked them to turn down the A/C. They said they did. It’s still blowing strong. Everyone in here is hunched up and trying to keep warm. My nose is dripping, no joke. My hands are freezing. The back of my laptop feels like I left it outside in winter. It’s ridiculous. Get it together, Starbucks.

I went late at night because it’s open late at night. There weren’t that many customers so it was easy to grab a drink and have a late night chat with a friend. After they closed, we were encouraged to do some patio drinking. You ain’t got to home, but ya got to get out of there. Enjoying their patio was just fine with me. If you’re looking for a Starbucks that’s open a little later than the rest, check this one out.

If you think you have 5 – 10 minutes to spare before being at work and can run through the Starbucks drive thru, think again. You need ten minutes minimum just to make it through the line.(this is at 5:45 — 5:50 am before there’s a long line, once that morning rush hits you’re better off skipping this place) That doesn’t include if there’s already a line of people, that’s just once you make it past the speaker box. 9 times out of ten you will have to repeat your order. The fact that most Starbucks do not have this issue and are much more customer service oriented, plus the constant change in staff makes me think this is a management issue. You’re located in one of the busiest morning districts in north Dallas Starbucks, get it together!

I really loved this location. They have a drive thru, which makes it convenient if you are in a hurry and need to grab your cup of Joe and go. However, the inside is spacious and beautiful. I loved the décor and lighting… especially the sky lights. This makes for a great study space without the awful fake lighting. They were out of dark roast coffee and the barista offered me a pour over at no extra charge. All the baristas were extremely friendly. My friend and I stayed for a few hours and accomplished a lot while enjoying our delicious beverages.

I’ve tried the drive-thru here with 3 of my colleagues, and been amazed at not only how slow the service was but how the partner on the order-taking side could not understand a correctly-detailed«Starbucks-language» order(took 6 attempts). Receipt had to be asked for twice, and just slow service all together. Just to put the whipped cream on top of the review, my drink wasn’t made right, but at this point I’d already driven onwards and just really couldn’t care anymore. I’ll be looking for other Starbucks options in Addison, and will happily park and walk in if it means better service.

Keep in mind, I am a former partner. I worked for a Starbucks in Carrollton at Market at Hebron for a year and a half, so I know the ups and downs of Sbux and how peak is and how crazy peak is with a drive thru store. But I come to this one on my way to class, and nearly every morning it’s completely packed. The parking lot is not made for a drive thru located off of Belt Line in the very busy city of Addison, and that’s not the baristas fault whatsoever. But it does make for a harder drive thru experience, I can’t imagine getting trapped in a parking spot during peak… YIKES! The parking lot isn’t even the main issue here, it’s the fact that it takes a grand total of 10 – 15 minutes to get through the drive thru just at the speaker, not including the wait to get to the speaker box. My manager at Market at Hebron would have ripped us a new one if we got anything higher than 4 or 5 minutes. You wait at the window for 2⁄3 minutes before any kind of interaction. I know, again, from my experience as a partner that customer connection is the number one priority of Starbucks Coffee Company. So when I’m just being handed my drink, and I say«have a great day!» and all the barista does in response is shut the window… that is not customer service. I know if I wanna make a morning Starbucks run, I have to allot about 20⁄25 minutes grace for this location.

Been here twice for ‘drink-in’(related to dine in, if there is any such word: D) Ambiance is great and I just love to sit outside on the patio. Evening breeze is awesome. Granted I have been lucky when there was little traffic on road and no rush at starbucks, but the location is very confusing with outlets. Parking space is very limited and have heard a lot of issues with drive through from friends. Overall, my personal experience has been good. I would recommend it when times are slow and its little breezy outside.
