Chipotle Mexican Grill

I had a great experience here, it was my first visit at this location and it already was a better experience than other chipotle locations. This seemed to have a staff that was not only more experience me than ones such as the Plano location on Park; but also an efficiency that others lack.
They didn’t put attitude in their work, were fast, no stingy and friendly. A revisit will most likely occur.

Purchased chicken salad today online. Lettuce was old and only had two pieces of chicken! The bowl was almost empty! The staff was friendly but expected my salad to look like it normally looks when I visit Chipotle! The 3 stars are for the staff and getting the order correct!

Slowest and most unorganized Chipotle on all of mother Earth. Unless you wanna wait for you food, you should probably hit another one in the area.

It’s obvious the associates hate working here. They are rude, always frowning, slapping your food down, roll their eyes if you ask for chips, heaven for bid you ask for a side of guac. Most of the time, the food is great, but management needs to Either fire all of the food line staff and the cashiers, or have management step it up and actually treat their associates correctly. We all know it starts from the top. Pump up your people! Or learn how to hire decent people. Two stars, because at least the food is good, but that’s half the game in the restaurant business.

The food at Chipotle restaurants is consistently fresh, and tastes good. However there are a few aspects of the company that somewhat irritate me such as charging for chips and giving you a bag that’s a ¼ full, and their portions vary depending on the associate. This particular location does not have a friendly staff and they rarely wear a smile. They seem to always be in a hurry, even when it’s not busy, and overall are just not very personable. I’ve been eating at Chipotle for years and when they first opened the staff seemed excited, and passionate about the company. But now it’s starting to turn into every other chain, fast food restaurant with miserable employees.
I continue to support Chipotle because the quality of their food is good. However this location, along with others, has lost a sense of customer care.

Just got a to-​go order around 9pm and I got two burrito bowls, one chicken and one barbacoa. The barbacoa was great, only problem I had was the chicken. It was raw. At first I thought they were fatty parts but it just didn’t chew right. It was rubbery, pink and flabby like it was maybe on the grill two minutes. I called and «Margarita» said they’ll remake it. We’ll see how it is until then):

I go to this place once a week. Food is always fresh simply because this place is always packed! I choose this location because of the convenience and freshness of their food. Don’t really care about the service — this is a fast food restaurant! how much service would you expect?!

Unorganized food line at this location… had to repeat my toppings 3 times to the same person only to hear «I’m sorry» «I’m sorry» «I’m sorry» … at this point I really just want to trash these soft tacos… I stood to watch the worker complete 3 orders after mine only to come back to my order. Training and professionalism is desperately needed in a hurry… only giving this review 2 stars because of atmosphere and kindness.

By far one of the worst and unorganized chipotle I have been to. I had place an order online at 1150am. Received an email confirming it will be ready by 1230pm.
After I had told the cashier I had an online order she wasn’t able to find me under their system. She referred me to another belt line location down the street. After I called that location they did not have it neither. I finally showed my email to her and got another lady involved name Entesar. Finally they found my order after going in the back office. Wasted 20 minutes trying to find my food. Didn’t receive any apology or any sort of customer service. Horrible! If it wasn’t for picking up my co workers food, I would’ve left and wouldn’t return. Save your time eating elsewhere.

Wow the steak bowl has so much gristle I can’t chew it plus it has a sewer taste blah not doing that again

WORST SERVICE EVER! Okay, not the worst but pretty close to it. The wasn’t a huge line but there was a line. 4 employees working the assembly line. One was standing doing absolutely nothing while the other one was wiping down and cleaning the containers.
First employee scooped my brown rice and chicken and then it just sat there with three other bowls. I figured they ran out of something so they were waiting for it. NOPE! Employees were just standing there chatting… There’s a line and the bowls were sitting ducks. Took them forever to finish up my bowl!
On the bright side, the bowling was amazing!

I am a huge chipotle fan and used to love this location. The past two times I have been I have been shorted on everything. I don’t know if it was a decision by management or what, but I worked at a location years ago when I was in high school, and I know that corporate would not be happy with this locations performance. I literally had to ask the girl can I have more please of everything down the entire line. When someone is getting a veggie bowl and you place 4 pepper strips down… really… The rice was maybe ¹⁄₇ of the bowl instead of the usual ¹⁄₃. I’m a small 5’7″ female (so it’s not like I’m attempting to overload the bowl), I just want what is owed to the customer. I will attempt to give this location one more chance, but if it happens again I will never go back and make a note to corporate.

I LOVE CHIPOTLE! This one is close to my home, I can run in and out (except for the lunch rush) their produce is always fresh, and the employees are friendly! This location is clean, and it’s really my primary go to Chipotle!

Chipotle is just everything. The ingredients are always fresh and delicious! The chicken and white rice are exceptional! I usually come to this location and I am never disappointed with the food. The food is stellar and the place is always very clean. I literally eat here once or twice a week.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because every now and then an employee will make my bowl and give me REALLY small portions… I’m talking half a spoon of rice and beans. I’m sure they’re only allowed to give a certain amount per customer, but geesh can I at least have enough to cover the bottom of my bowl? There are lots of times I have to ask for a little more rice or beans and they usually look annoyed by the request.
However! This has not stopped me from coming back again and again! Love ya Chipotle!

I don’t think anyone has ever been let down by going to Chipotle. It’s always a good choice, every time I come I gotta get the bowl with double steak n extra sour cream and cheese. And if I’m feeling my self I’ll get a bag of chips too. The only thing I wish was the extra steak wasn’t $ 3! Other then that it’s perfect.

The food is good and the place is clean, but damn! are they stingy with their meat! I know I am not the only on who agrees! lol Give me that meat dammit!

Pretty good location. Sufficient parking, the place is clean, good amount of seating options both inside and outside, and the food is really good! Plus I like that the food servers don’t skimp you on the meat here like they do at the location in Fort Worth I usually go to. I’ll definitely be back here:)

Love the food here — it’s always been good. Make sure you go inside to order though. I tried ordering online and the website wouldn’t work. I then called the store and asked to place a to go order. The man who answered the phone asked me to hold then hung up. Ok, pressed the wrong button maybe? I get it. Been there. I called back and a girl answered. I again asked to place an order for pickup and she asked me to hold. After holding for 4 minutes, she picked up and said they were too busy to take orders over the phone. I would need to order online. I told her I had already tried and that it didn’t work. She told me I could try faxing it… Fax? I just want a burrito. You could have taken my order by now, but never mind. Lesson learned: save yourself a headache and just order at the store.

Best burritos at the best price (7.04 $ for a chicken burrito). Naturally raised ingredients. I wish they would start making queso but still fantastic burritos. I eat it at least once a week.
