Bent Tree Trails

I have to stress how great this place is.
Unfortunately the rent for my 2 bed 1 bath apartment raised to much, so we were unable to renew. Let me focus on a few amenities you don’t get at other places.
1) upgraded appliances
2) trash valet Mon-​Thurs
3) an amazing pool/​cabana area with a full grill area.
4)1 covered parking spot FREE.
5) Completely private secluded community
I was allowed to pick up my keys, the day before my official move. My move was scheduled for early morning before my move, so I was able to have my keys ahead of time. This gave me a chance to give myself a quick scope to figure out where to place things and quickly move into my apartment.
They also had a welcome package with goodies waiting for us when we moved in.
It’s all in the details!
I said this before, but i must stress :
Outside of all of that, this is the only apartment in Dallas, where you actually form a bond with the management staff, and they actually make an *effort* to know you, remember you, and talk to you.
I moved down the road to Communities at Bent Tree and I am already miserable because I had forgotten how truly awful it is living in apartment communities bc i have been SPOILED here.
I will forever be grateful for my experience here, and I am truly sad that I couldn’t afford to renew my lease. *damn you Dallas and your growing market! *
All apartment communities must take an example to this place.
Do not move to Communities at Bent Tree. (I just moved in a few days ago, and the 2 months leading up to it have been awful, the first 2 days have been worse)
This is a separate place to Communities at Bent Tree. Go to Bent Tree Trails off ledgemont. I promise you won’t regret it.

I just moved out of this complex after a fantastic year! We were new to Addison and came in right when our unit was being upgraded. Sandie provided some great guidance on what the finish out would look like and when we moved in, it blew away our expectations! All new flooring, cabinetry, appliances, the works. We were rather impressed. The community is very quiet, safe, clean, and very well kept. The few maintenance requests we had were knocked out either the day of or next day w/​no issue whatsoever, that’s a first for us.
The staff, management, and even ownership bent over backwards to ensure our stay was the best it could be. We had access to the Addison gym, which is a huge win for those wanting to be active. We used that as much as we could, so it was worth the $ 10 annual fee. During the ice storm, the maintenance ensured we had power restored immediately, very impressive considering the conditions. I fully recommend this complex, over any I’ve encountered in Addison.
