Oasis Heating & Cooling

If there was a option to not give any stars that’s how low i feel about oasis heating and plumbing. By far the worst business I have ever dealt with. Mike (the owner) was called to my house to deal with a heating problem. After 30 minutes I was told that he felt a mechanism in my heater was cracked and that technically he shouldn’t even leave it running because of the chance of my family dying from carbon monoxide poisoning. He says just make sure your detectors work because I know it’s cold outside and you may need heat tonight. He then says he will call my home warranty service as soon as he leaves to let them know of my heater and he will be in touch once he gets word to either replace my heater or the cracked mechanism. The next day 4pm I still don’t hear anything from my home warranty service, so I call only to find out he never called when he left that night. Talk about a guy that is concerned about people’s well being. I asked him to call them and he says he will then he will call me back. As I wait 5pm rolls around and still nothing from Mike the owner of oasis. I decide to call my home warranty again and I was told Mike told them he doesn’t know what’s wrong with my heater and they should send someone else out for a second opinion. So basically I paid Mike to come to my house for nothing, I don’t get my money back, and I have to wait two more days to see someone else because after 6pm on a Saturday no one can come our till Monday morning. If you want terrible service with no sense of urgency or concern call Mike at oasis heating and plumbing he will take care of it for you!
