McDonald’s

Wanted a cheeseburger really bad and didn’t know what to expect. I ordered a quarter pounder meal with no pickle and no ice in my Coke. When she tried to give me the Coke it was Coke dripping from all sides of the cup. I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t want sticky soda in my car. I asked her nicely to wipe the cup off she obviously wasn’t happy because her body language and facial expression proved that. I get home after working 60 hours this week starving and ready to eat immediately. At least spread the condiments on the bun. I realized this is why I don’t eat at McDonald’s. There food isn’t prepared nicely and it was not correct. I asked for no pickles for a reason and got about four stacked. Thanks a lot for absolutely nothing! I will not spend my money here again. If the screen was correct why wasn’t my burger. Why do I have to give one star when you deserve NONE!!!

Food was great. Service was great. The building, parking lot, and restrooms was clean. Management was great. Will be stopping in anytime I’m in the area.

This is not a review of the food or the servers, but the manager, Teresa, who is one of the NASTIEST people I’ve ever encountered. She obviously has anger issues, has her staff scared to death of her and has a reputation for being a mean woman. I tried to explain a situation about one of her employees and she wouldn’t let me talk, called the poor young girl a liar, when I had heard the conversation. SHE was the liar. If I can find an address to the regional mgr. I’m writing a letter about her. I don’t write reviews but feel she was heartless in this situation and rude, while the girl and I were very polite and just wanted to explain the situation. I am a 67 yr old grandmother who enjoys eating at McDonald’s but I’m also too old to be talked to like this. She is not a good representative for the company.

The biggest reason I stopped here was that I saw the words «McRib» on the billboard, LOL.
This is a newer McDonald’s (or maybe it’s just been remodeled, I can’t tell) so it’s very clean inside and the manager and staff were very friendly. The biggest thing I noticed is that they didnt completely screw up my order like the McDonald’s over in Towne Lake has done several times.
