Great food at low prices. Best burgers in the area, service always great. Publish coupons that make the deal even sweeter.

Went to Steak And Shake to get a salad and I asked for there garden salad with no carrots and they sayed it would be 5 mins 20 mins later guess what no salad but the staff was very disrespectful to me and other people the person that helped me yesterday was very nice to me today also tryed to help me out then my salad came out guess what carrots so I asked the lady to fix it and she got very snippy with me so im not eating there any more. :(

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a plain double bacon cheeseburger. Came out with no bacon. Ordered a frisco melt with no frisco sauce and double American cheese. Came out with Swiss and frisco sauce. People go through the drive thru because they are in a hurry. When we have to come back inside to have it remade it defeats the purpose.

Came in at noon on a sunday. The restaurant was very busy!!! We waited nearly an hour for our burger and salad. The waitress was very attentive. But the kitchen was sooooo behind! Only after complaining did the manager offer to comp our lunch.

Walked in, took a good 10 minutes to just be noticed let alone be seated, once seated a couple came in 5 minutes after us, got drinks, shakes and food before we even got our shakes, that’s the only thing we ordered as well…

Been here multiple times and it’s always been lovely. Good food, friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

Went to this location yesterday, waited over an hour for our food. Witnessed our waitress LICK HER HAND after sitting food down at another table and did not go to wash her hands for several minutes afterwards. Found a hair in my plate and a hair in my brothers plate. The women’s bathroom was disgusting. When we spoke to the manager about the issues he was not very pleasant and tried to make us out to be liars about the hair in our food. I will never be back to this location. This location needs to be shut down for unsanitary conditions… To anyone considering going here — eat at your own risk!

Visited this location tonight with a friend. Friendly waitress got our order and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Burger came as I ordered it although the construction was very sloppy. The meal tasted fine and I decided to order a milkshake. The waitress said it would be right out. Exactly 20 minutes after I ordered it I asked the waitress if the milk shake was close to done. She said only one person makes the milkshakes and it would be a while. Exactly 27 minutes after I ordered it I received the milkshake and without me asking she put it in a to go cup about half the size of the sit down glasses. 27 minutes for a milkshake is ridiculous and on top of that they cut my portion (which cost almost 4 dollars) in half.

It’s a good quickie. Pleasant service and tasty food. There is the occasional miss on service, but they are human.

The food was good, the waitress was good. The person who seated us was extremely rude. We had a large party of which part had yet to arrive. When I tried to explain there would be more, she said she didn’t know all that. We waited over 45 minutes for our food to come after we ordered and nothing was a special order and they were not busy. Our group will look elsewhere for our next gathering, not because of the waitress, but because of the greeter and the kitchen wait.

I actually had to leave after 35 minutes in line!!! Are you kidding me!!! Sorry but corporate needs to figure this out.

So many different burger selections it’s crazy. The Guacamole burger is my favorite though. I LOVE THE FRIES WITH CHEESE SAUCE! Their milkshakes are awesome as well. I’ve never had a cold or bad burger here ever. For that reason, I have no problem using this place as a go to if I don’t want to get out of my car and sit down for a good burger

We stopped here for shakes on a hot summer day. 95′ to be exact. When pulling up to the drive thru, the young man taking our order was friendly. We waited a fair amount of time. The girl at the window was average at best. She handed me a shake and told me it was a cookie dough but it wasn’t. Not a terrible experience but not a great experience.

I’ve been back twice the past ten days. Both times my order was wrong. Either the wrong sandwich, wrong toppings or wrong size fries. Both days got old cold fries. Today, they brought me the wrong size and the fries were old. When my server brought the correct size, they were still old. They didn’t even bother to cook fresh fries. I watched three servers walk by and leave my order in the window so my food was almost cold when I got it. The manager rang my payment in and didn’t even bother to ask how my food was. I’m done with this place. I also watched two people leave due to poor service. Thought my server was going to get into a fight with another server while taking my order. To much drama. Too little service. Almost no good food.

This is one of the worst places to eat. The waitress was a complete mess overall. The cook forgot key items on the order and burned the rest of the ones on the plate. I was mostly ignored by the staff until the manager noticed I had dumped all my food back onto a plate as it as inedible.
I usually do not have expectations for greasy spoons but this was really bad

I frequently visit Steak N’ Shake locations and this is one of the better ones for sure. Our server was super nice and welcoming. The food was fantastic and served to us in a very timely manner. The place was very busy when we arrived and we still got great service! I totally recommend this location, 4.5 out of 5 (This is how other Steak N’ Shakes should be)

Nothing more (and nothing less) than you’d expect. Tasty food prepared and served quickly. This is our Sunday-​morning-​before-​shopping stopand they do eggs just as ordered.
The only complaint is that the coffee seems to vary in strength and quality.

For anyone that doesn’t know, Steak n Shake is a southern chain that sells delicious steak burgers. When I first moved to Georgia I fell in love with steak n shake and now that i’m back up north i’m always wishing I could have it. I have been to this location a decent number of times with my family. It is a sit-​down, diner type restaurant. But, there is also a drive thru, which I have never used. This location is usually packed, especially on weekends. But, service has always been fine and on the rare occasion that it’s a little slow they were very apologetic. All of the waiters here are extremely friendly. I usually get some variation of a double steakburger. They have a lot of different specialty steakburgers. For anyone that hasn’t had a steakburger, it’s like a regular burger except with thin steak instead of ground beef and they’re amazing! The fries that come with your burger are the thin type and very good. I’m not a huge milkshake person but I always have to get one with my meal whenever I come here because they’re heavenly. The cookie dough milkshake is my favorite! The prices here are actually pretty cheap, and they’re always sending us coupons in the mail. I have never came here for breakfast but my family has gone for all you can eat pancakes for $ 3.99. They are also open ²⁴⁄₇!

First off, let me say that I have never been disappointed in my food at this location. However my last trip in, the server forgot our shake three times and gave it to us to go.
Maybe he was having an off day.

Been visiting this location for years. Love their patty Melt and Onion Rings!
Always good service via the drive through however they can screw up orders so check your bag. Great shakes!
