BEWARE! DISCRIMINATION GALORE! If you’re a Medicare patient, you cannot get a Saturday appointment! SHAME ON YOU! I called to make appt for my elderly mom & Karen said, «because of her insurance we can’t see her on a Saturday but we can see her Friday.» WTF??? I will be reporting this office to Medicare!!!

After being a patient here for several years I was very disappointed when I went to pick up contacts. I had ordered a 12 month supply and paid half down being new at wearing contacts I had decided that maybe it would be a good idea if I just bought a 6 month supply at first. So I explained this to the office staff and I was told I could not pick up any of the contacts unless I paid the remaining balance. I felt that this was wrong as they were holding items I had already paid for. She insisted that I wasn’t getting any if the contacts unless I paid the remaining half the balance. So I did and I will not ever go back not would l recommend this office to anyone. I have never been impressed with the office staff anyway. More than happy to take my money elsewhere.

I needed a new local eye doctor and Eye Contact was a pleasant surprise. I had a full exam and contacts fitting.
The initial exam was performed by a very pleasant and friendly assistant who seemed very competent.
The doctor was straightforward, interested, and helpful. I’ve been wearing contacts for 30 yrs, so I’m pretty good at the routine.
I recommend Eye Contact.
