Every staff member treated me like part of their family from the moment I stepped foot into the office. They were thorough, kind and took the extra time to explain each step of the process since this was my first eye exam in quite a number of years.
After my exam, I was told I needed glasses and the staff was patient with me as I meticulously examined almost every frame they had to offer — which was plentiful — to find my ‘perfect’ pair!

I love Acworth Family Eyecare! One of my doctor’s recommended Dr Reach to me roughly 8 years ago, and I have been a patient ever since. Dr Reach is knowledgeable, patient, and extremely thorough. I am a complex case, being a Type I diabetic x 30 years who has had 3 diabetic retinopathy eye surgeries (from another provider) and all kinds of retina problems, and I require a doctor who has knowledge and experience. Dr Reach has both, and more. I cannot say enough about him or his office staff. They are simply awesome. It is a small office but they are on top of things. They always help me with whatever I need — insurance, appointments, glasses — it doesn’t matter. Jennifer has been there for years and runs the office like a clockwork. I don’t know of any other doctor’s office that is that efficient. They are friendly and polite on top of it all. I can’t recommend Acworth Family Eyecare enough!

I have been a patient of Acworth Family eye care for well over 20 years and a patient of Dr. Reach since he took it over many years ago. I have had nothing but excellent service from Dr. Reach and the entire office staff. The Dr. is though and concerned with the health of my eyes and his staff has always been friendly courteous and extremely helpful. It may be worth noting that my wife and i haven’t lived in Acworth for over 9 years and are about 2 ½ hours away and still go to Dr. Reach.

My dad is a retired optometrist who had his own practice so I really appreciate the family feel of Acworth Family Eyecare. You may be able to find cheaper prices at the super eyeglass stores but when I visit Acworth Family Eyecare I don’t feel like just a number which tends to happen at the superstores. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and Dr. Reach is great. I would definitely recommend them.

They are both very kind, patient and very professional. The office staff at Acworth Family Eyecare is also wonderful– Nikki, Jennifer, Linda and Kelly have always gone above and beyond to answer any questions regarding our appts.
